Observations

- Possible changes in accommodations: If in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or camps, it will be will offer the client an alternative within the same contracted category.
- Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines or shipping companies, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
- People with reduced mobility: Many places in Morocco, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. , please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
- Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Morocco, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
- Consumer withdrawal: The circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.
- Credit card: Generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to be able to facilitate the services. of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
- Personal documentation: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves about the regulations in force in matters of entry and exit from the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the required documents in order and with the validity required by the immigration and customs authorities. Cancelation conditions
- Management fees: €30 per reservation.
- Regular airline flights:
- Name change NOT allowed.
- Date change allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.
- Once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable.
- Land services:
- Cancellations between 15 and 11 days before the departure date will have a 5% penalty.
- Cancellations between 10 and 3 days before the departure date will have a 15% penalty.
- Cancellations 48 hours before the departure date will have a 25% penalty.
- Failure to show up on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
- In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

Day 2:
MARRAKESH
Breakfast. Departure to visit the city called “Pearl of the South”. Visit that begins in the grandiose Menara Gardens, which has a side pavilion and countless olive trees. Afterwards, an exterior visit to the Koutoubia minaret, twin sister of the Giralda in Seville. Once inside the old part of the city, we visit the Bahia Palace, property of a nobleman of the city. Finally arrival at Jemaa el Fna square, one of the most interesting places in Morocco from where you can access the souks and the medina. Guilds of wood, ceramic or leather craftsmen will be the places that will be visited. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 3:
MARRAKECH / OURIKA VALLEY / MARRAKECH
Breakfast. Departure to the High Atlas to visit the Ourika Valley. This day we take a tour of the Berber villages that surround Marrakech and you can visit an authentic Berber house where its owner offers her hospitality. Return to Marrakech. Free afternoon. Accommodation at the hotel.
