Children's discounts on ground services:

• From 0 to 1.99 years: free 
• From 2 to 5.99 years: 50% with extra bed (children sharing bed with parents, consult discount).

-Free days: During free days, clients do not have transportation or a local guide. p>

-Possible change of route: our representative in Jordan has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits. p>

-Possible changes in accommodations: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Jordan, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. , please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Jordan, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Complaints: passengers who consider that they have not received the services contracted in the place of origin, must present a written letter before departure from Jordan. Any complaint upon arrival in the country of origin will not be taken into account.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no returns or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in If a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Jordan: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current rules regarding entry and exit from the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

-Management fees: €30 per reservation.

 Cancellations between 15 and 8 days before the departure date will have a 25% penalty.

 Cancellations between 7 and 4 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.

 Cancellations between 3 and 1 day before the departure date will have a 75% penalty.

 Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.

 Transfers not used by clients on guaranteed departures they will not be refunded.

 In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
