The prices published for children are valid up to 11 years old and sharing a room with 2 adults and without an extra bed. From the age of 12, children pay as an adult.

Maximum 1 child per room.

-Management fees: €30 per reservation.

-Flights:

 Name change No allowed.

 Date change allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.

 Once the tickets are issued, they are not refundable.

-Land services:

 Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.

  Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.

 Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.

 In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

-VERY IMPORTANT: Exhibition and Event dates are subject to an extra charge at the accommodation, which will be informed at the time of confirmation of the reservation. This is the calendar of Exhibitions and Events planned for 2024, but it is subject to expansion of new Events that may occur without prior notice:

          *Chinese New Year: from February 8 to 15

         *Gulf Food: from February 18 to 24

         *Eid Al Fitr: April 9 to 15

      ;    *Eid El Adha: from June 16 to 24

         *Gitex: from 1 to October 31

-Daily departures guaranteed from 2 passengers.

-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.

-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Triple rooms: Category A does not have triple rooms. In the rest of the categories, triple rooms do not include an extra bed for the third passenger.

-Baggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee for be able to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in the United Arab Emirates: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to bring the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
