Itinerary

  • Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - NAIROBI

    Departure on a scheduled flight to Nairobi. Night on board.

  • Day 2: NAIROBI – ABERDARE MOUNTAINS

    Arrival at Nairobi airport and departure to Nyeri. Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club. In the afternoon, transfer in the hotel vehicles to the Aberdare National Park. Free afternoon to enjoy the views and observe the animals from the hotel viewpoints. Dinner and accommodation.

    (For this night you can only take a small bag or backpack with the essentials. The rest of your luggage will stay at the Aberdare Country Club and will be picked up the next day).

  • Day 3: ABERDARE MOUNTAINS – LAKE NAKURU

    Breakfast and transfer back to the Aberdare Country Club Hotel, where you will change vehicles to continue our route towards the Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, a photographic safari will take place in the area. Dinner and accommodation.



  • Day 4: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA

    Breakfast and departure to the Maasai Mara National Reserve along the Narok route. Arrival at the lodge at lunch time. In the afternoon, photographic safari in the plains of this Reserve. Dinner and accommodation.

  • Day 5: MAASAI MARA

    Full board at the lodge. This day there are two safaris, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, to continue enjoying the landscape and the animals that can be seen in the area. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savannah, located in southwestern Kenya and along the border with Tanzania. Animals such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos inhabit it. The landscape is made up of grassy plains and rolling hills, which are crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The vicinity of the Reserve are dotted with villages (enkangs) of the Maasai people. Accommodation.

  • Day 6: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI - ZANZIBAR

    Breakfast and departure to Nairobi where you will arrive at noon. Free time until your transfer to Nairobi airport.

    Flight from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - Nairobi to Zanzibar Airport - Abeid Amani Karume.

  • Day 7: ZANZIBAR

    Stay at the hotel in the regime chosen by the client. Free day on the so-called “spices” island or island of the sultans, a Tanzanian paradise where more than thirty beaches await you that shine with their white sand and a turquoise blue sea, and also some cities that seem to have been taken from from old adventure movies.

  • Day 8: ZANZIBAR

    Stay at the hotel in the regime chosen by the client. Free day to continue enjoying the island, take advantage of its coast to practice water activities or understand its culture by visiting its different fishing villages.

  • Day 9: ZANZIBAR - CITY OF ORIGIN

    Breakfast and free time until the time of your transfer to the airport to leave on your return flight to the city of origin or your next destination.

    (On most air routes between Zanibar and Spain, night falls on board)

  • Day 10: HOMETOWN

    Arrival, end of the trip and of our services.

What is included?

  • Transportation in 4X4 vehicle during the safari with guaranteed window (maximum occupancy of 7 passengers per vehicle, non-exclusive use ), with guaranteed Spanish-speaking driver-guide from 2 passengers. (In the event that there is more than one vehicle, the guide will be shared among all of them and will move among them during the safari)
  • Airport / hotel / airport transfers in Zanzibar.
  • Full board during the safari (4 lunches + 4 dinners), (drinks not included).
  • 1 night in Aberdare National Park.
  • 1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park .
  • 2 nights in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Cancelation conditions

- MANAGEMENT EXPENSES - From the moment the reservation is made €30 / reservation

- FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the moment the air tickets are issued. Change of date and name Not allowed.

- SAFARI: 

 Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15 % of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of the services will be charged 50% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the start of the services will be charged the total cost of the services.

- HOTELS IN ZANZIBAR: 

  The penalty for cancellation varies according to the chosen hotel. Consult in each case.


Children

Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

IMPORTANT

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers:

Tourist Category: Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday throughout the year

Superior Category: Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the year + Sunday from May 1 to October 31

-Free time: during free time clients do not have transportation, nor a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in Kenya has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.

-The triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Luggage: In In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Kenya and Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit from the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa, transit, entry and vaccination regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
