-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.
-The deadline for requesting reservations for this circuit or extra services will be 21 days before arrival in Japan. After this deadline, any change or added service will entail a supplement for emergency management. Request for changes or new services cannot be guaranteed after the reservation deadline.
-Customers can enjoy “ONSEN” (hot spring) in Hakone in all accommodation categories. Keep in mind that for cultural reasons customers with tattoos are not allowed access to the hot springs.
-Customers who have chosen to hire the Luxury category, the night in Hakone will be in a ryokan (Japanese room ). Customers in the Standard and higher categories may opt for this type of accommodation with a supplement.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Japan, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Rooms: in the standard category, the double bed is not available. Since a double bed is not common in Japan, most standard category hotels do not have this type of room. Therefore, the standard category is not recommended for honeymoon customers.
Passengers can request a double bed in Kyoto and Tokyo in the superior and luxury categories without supplement, but it cannot be guaranteed since it depends on the availability of each hotel.
The room for single use may be smaller than the one for double use. The triple room will be a room with 2 single beds with an extra bed. The third bed can be smaller than the two main ones or it can be a sofa bed and can be very narrow.
The triple room is not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the hotels. We do not recommend triple rooms for adults.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Japan, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Arrival transfer in Kyoto: transfers for flights arriving in Kyoto between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will have a supplement.
-Visits: from 10 people the circuits are operated by taxi, private car, mini-bus or coach, with a Spanish-speaking guide according to the itinerary, including entrance fees to the monuments specified in the itinerary. Circuits with less than 10 people are operated by public transport.
-Clients will spend one night in Hakone without their suitcase, so please prepare hand luggage (hand luggage up to 10kg) for that evening. The suitcases will be transported directly from Kyoto to your hotel in Tokyo.
-Free time: during free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in Japan has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for the services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in In the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, the passenger will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Japan and Maldives: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations in terms of entering and leaving the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa, transit, entry and vaccination regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
