-The deadline for requesting reservations for this circuit or extra services will be 21 days before arrival in Sri Lanka , except for arrivals between July 19 and August 30, which will be 30 days before arrival. After this deadline, any change or added service will incur a supplement for emergency management. The request for changes or new services cannot be guaranteed after the reservation deadline.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if any of the hotels provided for in this program are not If it is available at the time of requesting the reservation, an alternative will be offered with the corresponding price revision.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally being between 06:30 a.m. and 09:30 a.m. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost.
- early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-Free time: during free time clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in Sri Lanka has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure. If weather conditions or other events beyond our organization require it, the order of the itinerary could be affected.
-Photos and videos: in some places in Sri Lanka it is not allowed take photos or record videos, please consult with your guide before starting the visits to avoid misunderstandings with local authorities.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances ( allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc...) must be communicated before arrival in Sri Lanka, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Sri Lanka, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Baggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or cause inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: Generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Sri Lanka: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to bring the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa regulations, transit, entry and health requirements vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
