Itinerary

  • Day 1: CALGARY

    Arrival at Calgary International Airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.

  • Day 2: CALGARY - BANFF NATIONAL PARK

    Breakfast and departure for an orientation tour of downtown Calgary. This city is the famous "cowboy" capital of the world and boasts authentic western boutiques, as well as Heritage Park, which revives Alberta's pioneering past and tells the story of the province and the impact of the arrival of the railroad and the oil industry. After the panoramic tour, departure along the Trans-Canada Highway towards the Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park, surrounded by crystal-clear lakes, waterfalls, and imposing mountains. With luck, we might see bears or elk in the wild. Arrival at the hotel and overnight stay.

  • Day 3: P.N. BANFF – LAKE LOUISE - P.N. BANFF

    Breakfast. Today we will visit some of Canada's most famous lakes. We'll begin with the beautiful Moraine Lake (only accessible from June to September), framed by the Valley of the Ten Peaks within Banff National Park. We'll continue to the park's most famous and iconic spot, Lake Louise, from where we'll see Victoria Glacier, considered one of the most scenic places in the world. Before returning to Banff, we'll stop at the mesmerizing Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park, which will captivate us with its intense color. Overnight stay.
  • Day 4: P.N. BANFF – ICE FIELDS - P.N. JASPER

    Breakfast. We'll start the day traveling along the Glacier Route with stops at Bow and Peyto Lakes (June to October only), and in front of the impressive Castle Mountain. The road will take us into Jasper National Park. We'll reach the Athabasca Glacier in the Columbia Icefield, the largest icefield (325 km²) south of the Arctic Circle, where we'll enjoy a ride on the Ice Explorer (included). We'll continue to the town of Jasper. Overnight stay.
  • Day 5: P. N. JASPER – KAMLOOPS

    Breakfast. We'll begin the day heading towards Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. Afterwards, skirting Moose Lake, we'll bid farewell to Jasper to admire the majesty of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. We'll leave the high mountains and, near Wells Gray Provincial Park, visit the 70-meter-high Spahats Falls. We'll continue our journey towards Kamloops, passing through a prairie landscape until we reach our accommodation, a ranch in the style of the Canadian West. Dinner is included at the ranch. Overnight stay.

  • Day 6: KAMLOOPS – FORT LANGLEY – VANCOUVER

    Breakfast. Departure following the Fraser River route towards Vancouver. We will descend through wide valleys and meadows to reach the historic and charming town of Fort Langley, and from there we will continue our route to the city of Vancouver. Before heading to the hotel, we will take an orientation tour and discover a city where the sea and the mountains coexist in perfect harmony. Overnight stay.
  • Day 7: VANCOUVER

    Breakfast. In the morning, depart for a panoramic tour of the city. We will pass through the neighborhoods of Yaletown, Chinatown (the largest in Canada), Gastown (the oldest neighborhood in the city), and Stanley Park, where we will stop to photograph authentic Indigenous totem poles. The tour ends at the Granville Island Market. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

    Optional activity: For this free afternoon, we suggest an excursion to explore northern Vancouver.


  • Day 8: VANCOUVER – VICTORIA – VANCOUVER

    Breakfast. The day begins with a comfortable hour and a half trip on the ferry that will take us to Vancouver Island. Once on the island, our first visit will be to the beautiful Butchart Gardens, the most famous gardens in America for its great variety of flowers and trees. We will continue to central Victoria, where we will have free time to optionally visit the Royal British Columbia Museum (entrance not included) with its exhibits dedicated to the history of the province and indigenous communities. The surroundings of the Fairmont Empress Hotel, located on the bayfront, is the most photographed building in Victoria. Don't forget to take a walk along Government Street, with original shops displaying their products of British origin. Free time for lunch (not included). In the late afternoon, return by ferry to Vancouver. Accommodation.

  • Day 9: VANCOUVER – WHISTLER - VANCOUVER

    Breakfast. We leave Vancouver to enter one of the most recognized roads for its spectacular nature: Sea to Sky Highway. We will make the first stop at the imposing Shannon waterfalls, which with their 333 meter drop, are the last step that the icy waters travel through before falling into the sea. Passing through the town of Squamish, the tallest granite monolith in Canada rises majestically, the Stawamus Chief, better known as “The Chief” and 700 meters high. We arrived at the Village of Whistler, which has countless shops and restaurants that are a delight for the traveler looking for the most appropriate souvenir while admiring the mountain landscape. Free time to enjoy the villa. In the afternoon, return to Vancouver. Accommodation.

-Luggage compartments and optional services: the handling of a suitcase per passenger in all hotels. Baggage handling at airports is not included. The bag charge is CAD 5 per piece, per move. Luxotour is not responsible for any excursion or service that has not been contracted and paid for before the start of the trip.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: all hotels in Canada require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate the services. of telephone calls, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc...
