Accommodations: The category indicated for each accommodation corresponds to the official category in Morocco, which does not always correspond to the same category in other countries. As for the camps, these do not have an official category.

- Possible changes in accommodations: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the requested hotel, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

- Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by airlines or shipping companies, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

- People with reduced mobility: Many places in Morocco, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

- Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Morocco, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

- Consumer withdrawal: The program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

- Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger causes inconvenience to other clients, the hotel may ask the client to leave the establishment without any type of discount or refund for the services that they cannot enjoy.

- Credit card: Generally, hotels require the passenger A credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

- Personal Documentation: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the required documents in order and with the validity required by the immigration and customs authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and are subject to change at short notice and without prior notice.

Special cancellation conditions


- Administration fees:30€ per reservation.

- Scheduled flights:

- NO name change is allowed.

- Date changes are allowed only before the airline tickets are issued.

- Once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable.

- Ground services:

- Cancellations up to 31 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, without penalty.

- Cancellations between 30 and 16 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, will have a 30% penalty.

- Cancellations between 15 and 8 days before the date of arrival at the hotel will have a 50% penalty.

- Cancellations within 7 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel, will have a 30% penalty. a 100% penalty.

- Failure to show up on the start date of the trip will result in a 100% penalty.

- In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

Children

Prices published for children are valid for children under 12 years old and sharing a room with one, two or three adults (depending on each hotel and type of room).
