-The deadline for requesting reservations for this tour or extra services will be 15 days before arrival in Vietnam for guaranteed departures and 30 days before for non-guaranteed departures (private services). After this deadline, any new reservation, change or added service will incur an emergency handling fee. Request for changes or new services cannot be guaranteed after the booking deadline.
-Night transfers (hotel/airport/hotel): Transfers for international flights arriving or departing between 21:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs will have an additional fee.
-Delayed international arrival flights: In case the arrival flights at the destination airports are delayed by more than 3 hours, an additional fee will be applied for the waiting time of the guide and the vehicle. Direct payment at destination.
-Depending on the departure time of the return flight to the city of origin from Ho Chi Minh, there may not be enough time to carry out the scheduled excursion on that day. If the client chooses to purchase a flight departing before 17:00 hrs, there will not be enough time to make the flight and there will be no refund.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: Our representative in Vietnam has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure. The itinerary is subject to change depending on the flights chosen by the client, as well as weather conditions.
-Possible changes in accommodation: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Regarding accommodation, it should be noted that in Vietnam there is no official category for hotels. The hotel categories offered in this program are a guideline compared to the categories in Europe, they are not official categories.
-Triple rooms: There are no triple cabins on Halong Bay cruises. Clients who have chosen to book a triple room will have a double cabin + 1 single cabin during the cruise. And in hotels, triple rooms usually only have 2 beds.
-The breakfasts included in hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, usually between 06:30 hrs and 10:00 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bag have an additional cost.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights' accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. There is also a check-out time on the day of departure from the hotel, which is between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Room availability outside of these times will have an extra cost. Please consult each case.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing for lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before booking. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Vietnam, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is unfavorable, he will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services that he cannot enjoy.
- In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Vietnam: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities.
