- Should there be any major and unexpected event during which Dubai hotels add a supplement, we will inform you of the corresponding increase in your trip as soon as we are notified.

-VERY IMPORTANT: Special holiday, exhibition and event dates in Dubai are subject to an additional accommodation charge, which will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.

-Possible changes in accommodation: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms: Category A in Dubai does not have triple rooms. In the rest of the categories, triple rooms do not include an extra bed for the third passenger.
-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available after 3:00 PM.
-People with reduced mobility: Many locations, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before booking. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Dubai, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: The program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or in the hotels, the latter will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that cannot be enjoyed.
- Credit card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements for the United Arab Emirates and Mauritius: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may change at short notice and without prior notice.
Cancelation conditions
-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name changes are NOT permitted.
Date changes are only permitted before the airline tickets are issued.
Once the airline tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable.
-Services in Dubai:
Cancellations made between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations made 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.
No-shows on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.

Children
Published prices for children up to 11 years old are valid when sharing a room with 2 adults and do not include an extra bed. Children 12 and older pay as adults.
