  • Day 1: TORONTO

    Flight from your hometown to Toronto Pearson International Airport .

    Arrival and transfer to the hotel (*). Rest of the day free to explore this city with its iconic architecture, attractions, fascinating museums, galleries, vibrant nightlife, and world-class art events. Discover culturally diverse neighborhoods, eclectic shops, and tempting restaurants where you can sample dishes from around the globe. Overnight stay.(*)(Night transfers and flights arriving between 11:00 PM and 1:30 AM, and between 5:05 AM and 6:00 AM, will incur a surcharge. Please inquire in each case.)   • Day 2: TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS - TORONTO

    Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for our panoramic city tour, including landmarks such as City Hall, the Parliament Buildings, the University of Toronto, the Yorkville district, Chinatown, and much more. We will continue our excursion to the world-famous Niagara Falls, where we will board the Hornblower boat for a cruise that takes us close to the base of the falls. We will also visit Queen Victoria Park, Table Rock, the Floral Clock, the Horticultural School, and make a stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake, which was the first capital of Upper Canada. Return to Toronto and overnight stay.
  • Day 3: TORONTO – THOUSAND ISLANDS – OTTAWA

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure towards Canada's capital city, leaving Toronto's skyline behind. We'll stop in the beautiful Thousand Islands archipelago, where Lake Ontario becomes the St. Lawrence River, and enjoy a boat trip. Free time for lunch (not included). We'll continue our journey to our next destination. Upon arrival in Ottawa, we'll take a panoramic tour, visiting the main points of interest in the nation's capital. Defined by the Rideau Canal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the government buildings on Parliament Hill, the city offers several must-see attractions, such as the Public Gardens, the ByWard Market, and City Hall. Overnight stay.
  • Day 4: OTTAWA – QUEBEC

    After breakfast at the hotel, we'll depart for a panoramic city tour, where we'll see the financial district, the Prime Minister's and Governor General's residences, the area where foreign ambassadors reside, and other points of interest. During July and August, at 10:00 AM, we'll have the opportunity to witness the changing of the guard at Parliament. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, we'll continue our journey to Quebec City. Overnight stay.
  • Day 5: QUEBEC

    Breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, we'll take a panoramic tour of this wonderful city, considered one of the most important historical cities in North America. We'll visit the Fortifications, Battle Park, Royal Square, Dufferin Terrace, and feel the echoes of Europe as we stroll through the narrow, charming streets, surrounded by musicians and street performers. Overnight stay.
  • Day 6: QUEBEC – MONTREAL

    Breakfast at the hotel and a free morning to continue exploring the city. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Montreal, the cultural and fashion capital. Montreal is also known for its nightlife and gastronomy. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

    Optional activity:For this day, the guide will offer an optional activity, payable directly at the destination, to take a scenic flight over the Mauricie region.

  • Day 7: MONTREAL

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of this cosmopolitan and French-speaking city, passing through the commercial and financial district, the old town, the famous Notre-Dame Basilica (interior visit included), Mont Royal, and other points of interest. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

  • Day 8: MONTREAL - CALGARY

    Breakfast at the hotel and free time until the time of your transfer to the airport.

    Flight from Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport to Calgary International Airport.

    Arrival at Calgary International Airport and transfer to the hotel (*). Rest of the day free to explore this city, which offers a wide selection of restaurants and entertainment venues, and is known as the Gateway to the West.   • Day 9: CALGARY - BANFF

    Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for our approximately 1-hour panoramic city tour. Afterward, departure for Banff, traveling through the Kananaski cattle country at the foot of the Canadian Rockies, before entering the mountains and arriving at Banff National Park. Arrival in the town of Banff and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

  • Day 10: BANFF

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an excursion to explore Banff and the surrounding region. We will visit Bow Falls, Tunnel Mountain, and the Hoodoos. Free time to enjoy the area or book an optional activity (at an extra cost) such as a ride on the Banff Gondola or a helicopter tour over the Canmore area. Overnight stay.
  • Day 11: BANFF - LAKE LOUISE - COLUMBIA ICEFIELD - JASPER

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure for one of Canada's most scenic routes towards the town of Jasper. We will pass by Bow and Peyto Lakes before arriving at the Columbia Icefields Centre, where we can tour the glaciers on a bus known as the Ice Explorer and explore part of the 300 km² ice surface of the Athabasca Glacier (entrance fees included). After the excursion, we continue to Jasper. In the Jasper area, you will have the opportunity to participate in optional activities (at an extra cost) such as rafting on the Athabasca River, a cruise on Maligne Lake, or a ride in the sidecar of a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Overnight stay.

  • Day 12: JASPER - SUN PEAKS

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure to explore Mt. Robson Provincial Park. Here we will have the opportunity to see Mount Robson, at 3,954 meters (12,900 feet), the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. We continue our journey through Blue River and Clearwater, arriving at our hotel in Sun Peaks. Overnight stay.

  • Day 13: SUN PEAKS - WHISTLER

    After breakfast at the hotel, we depart from the high plains of Kamloops, heading west towards the Coast Range, following the fertile farmlands of central British Columbia. We will end the day in the town of Whistler, known for its spectacular scenery and outdoor adventure activities. After a tour of the town, we will check into our hotel and the rest of the afternoon is free. You may choose to take an optional flight (at an extra cost) over a glacier. Overnight stay.
  • Day 14: WHISTLER - VANCOUVER

    Breakfast at the hotel and departure along the scenic Sea to Sky Highway to Vancouver. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of this beautiful Pacific coast city. The tour includes visits to the historic Gastown neighborhood, the bustling Chinatown, English Bay, and Stanley Park. You will have the option to participate in a virtual tour of Canada (at an additional cost). Overnight stay.
  • Day 15: VANCOUVER

    Breakfast at the hotel and free time until the time of your transfer to the airport.

-Flights: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted. Date changes are only permitted before ticket issuance.

-Administration fees: €30 per booking.

*Between 44 and 30 days prior to departure: 10% penalty.

*Between 29 and 3 days prior to departure: 50% penalty.

*Cancellation between 2 days prior to and on the day of departure or no-show: 100% penalty.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route changes: Our representative in Canada has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have schedules assigned according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:30 hrs and 09:30 hrs. Outside of the schedule established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bags have an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available after 4:00 PM.

-Triple and Quadruple Rooms: In Canada, triple and quadruple rooms do not have three or four beds, but rather two beds where guests must accommodate.

-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Canada, although no type of special diet or menu can be guaranteed.

-Consumer withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: all hotels In Canada, passengers are required to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Tips: Tipping is mandatory in Canada, and ranges from 15%, 18%, or 20% depending on the establishment. Tips for baggage handlers at airports CAD$2.00, in hotels CAD$3.00 to $4.00 per piece, guides and/or drivers CAD$8.00 per person/day.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements for Canada: It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities.
