What to see in Tetouan?
Medina of Tetouan
Declared a World Heritage Site. It had important restoration tasks in which the Junta de Andalucía participated. It has its walls painted white lime. Access to the interior is through different doors, the best known being the Bab al Okla or Queen's door.
Moulay El Mehdi Square
Circular in shape, it houses the Cathedral of Nuestra Señora de la Victoria, built in 1919, and the Spanish Consulate.
