-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: daily except Monday.
-This itinerary is based on arrivals in Amman on Tuesdays and Fridays. For the other days of arrival, the content of the trip will be the same, but modifying the order of the itinerary.
-Free days: during free days clients do not have transportation , nor a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in Jordan has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing none of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.
-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the claim. delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Jordan, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs , please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Jordan, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Complaints: passengers who consider that they have not received the services contracted in the place of origin, must present a written letter before leaving Jordan. Any complaint upon arrival in the country of origin will not be taken into account.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for the services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in In the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, the passenger will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Jordan: it is the customer's responsibility to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities.
