Bandipur

Bandipur is an ancient Newar settlement atop a hill at an altitude of 1,030 meters, a rural municipality in the Tanahun district, between Kathmandu and Pokhara. It is known as a "living museum" for its cultural atmosphere, well-preserved traditional architecture, traffic-free cobblestone streets, and panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain range, including the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri peaks.
