- This program is a proposed itinerary, not a confirmed reservation, and the services are subject to availability at the time of requesting the firm reservation. In case any of the hotels indicated in is not available, we will confirm an alternative within the same category.
- This program does not have accommodation in a triple room for adults, maximum 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years old.
- Our representative in the Sultanate of Oman makes available to clients a 24-hour telephone service during their stay in the country, attending in Spanish for personalized communication and service at all times.
- Transport: all transfers, excursions and visits will be carried out in vehicles equipped with air conditioning.
- In case of lost luggage by airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing for lost or broken luggage.
- People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify before making the reservation. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
- Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the Sultanate of Oman, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
- Withdrawal by the consumer: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit card: hotels generally require passengers to have a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
- Personal documentation and entry requirements in the Sultanate of Oman: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are travelling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
- Cancellations received between 32 and 18 days prior to the departure date have a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations received within 17 days prior to the departure date have a 100% penalty.

Day 1: MUSCAT
Flight from your hometown to Muscat Airport.
Arrival at Muscat International Airport. Visa procedures and baggage collection at the client's expense. Transfer to the hotel in Muscat with an English-speaking driver. Accommodation.

Day 2: MUSCAT – BARKHA – NAKHL – RUSTAQ - MUSCAT
Breakfast and departure on a half-day excursion to Barkha, in the Batinah area. Barkha is a small fishing village where we can visit the market that opens its doors every morning. From there we will head towards Nakhl, a small town that houses one of the forts of Oman, surrounded by an oasis of palm trees. Visit the Nakhl fort, also known for its hot springs in the area. We will then continue towards Rustaq, which has one of the most important forts in Oman, built in the 12th century, where we will make a stop to take photos. Finally, we will return to Muscat where we will have the rest of the afternoon free. Dinner included in the hotel and accommodation.

Day 3: MUSCAT
NOTES: Entry to the Grand Mosque is prohibited for children under 10 years old. For the visit, ladies must wear long clothing and a headscarf. Gentlemen must have their arms and legs covered. It is open for visits from Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 11:00.

Day 5: NIZWA – SANDS OF WAHIBA
Breakfast and a visit to the Nizwa souk before departing for the Wahiba Sands area. En route, we'll pass through the villages of Minsifieh and Al Mudayrib, which have retained their traditional atmosphere and character, where we'll see old trading settlements. Once we reach the Wahiba Sands area, we'll use 4x4 vehicles to travel across the dunes to the desert camp. Time to relax and enjoy the area. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 6: WAHIBA SANDS – WADI BANI KHALED – SOUTH

Day 7: SOUTH – BIMAH SINKHOLE – WADI AL ARBEIEEN – MUSCAT
After breakfast, we depart along the coastal road towards the city of Sur, where we will visit the Aiyga neighborhood with its charming white colonial-style houses and the shipyard that continues to build the famous wooden dhows (traditional sailing boats of Arab origin). We then continue along the coastal road to Wadi Shaab, where the wadi's waters form a series of beautiful natural pools and waterfalls in varying shades of green and blue, sheltered by towering mountains. Access to the gorge is by boat, followed by an approximately 40-minute walk inside. We will have a picnic lunch. Afterwards, we will visit Bimah Sinkhole, a 100-meter-diameter sinkhole resembling an underwater crater (swimming is possible). And finally, transfer to Muscat airport to catch your flight (*).(*) The client must book a flight departing from Muscat after 8:00 PM.
