Área Playas del Nordeste

The best time to enjoy the beaches of northeastern Sri Lanka is during the summer months. The northeast coast boasts some of the island's most picturesque beaches, relatively untouched and clean. The water is crystal clear and almost waveless, making it an excellent place for swimming. Near the shore, you'll also find small coral reefs teeming with marine life. Whale watching is another activity available in this area.
