-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Regarding accommodations, please note that there is no official hotel rating system in Thailand. The hotel categories offered in this program are for guidance only, comparing them to categories in Europe; they are not official categories. Breakfast included in the hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bag rentals are available at an additional cost. Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. There is also a check-out time on the day of departure from the hotel, which is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. Triple rooms generally only have two beds. When choosing a beach, we suggest considering the weather conditions before selecting your beach destination in Thailand. During the summer months, mainly July and August, we recommend choosing any of the beach destinations in the Gulf of Thailand (e.g., Ko Samui), and the rest of the year, any of the destinations in the Andaman Sea (e.g., Phuket and Krabi). If the client chooses to return to their city of origin via Bangkok, the minimum connection time between a domestic and an international flight is 3 hours. Purchasing a connection with less time than recommended may cause you to miss your international flight, and in that case, the customer would be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

-Baggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Persons with reduced mobility: Some locations, hotels, and transportation options are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Thailand, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, hotels They require the passenger to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

Day 3: BANGKOK

After breakfast, depart to visit some of the city's most popular Buddhist temples. Begin with Wat Traimit, located at the edge of Chinatown on Yaowarat Road, near Hualampong Railway Station. Wat Traimit houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha, measuring almost five meters tall and weighing five and a half tons. The tour continues to Wat Pho, Bangkok's largest temple, home to the enormous reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. Located behind the Temple of the Buddha, Wat Pho is one of the city's largest temples, famous for its gigantic reclining Buddha, which measures 46 meters long and is covered in gold. Next, visit the Grand Palace, undoubtedly the city's most famous landmark. Built in 1782, it served for 150 years as the home of the King of Thailand, the royal court, and the administrative seat of government. The Grand Palace is an ancient building that continues to impress visitors with its beautiful architecture and intricate details. Within the complex is Wat Phra Kaev, also known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (officially known as Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram), considered the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand and enshrines the most revered Buddha image, meticulously carved from a single block of jade. Day 4: BANGKOK - KANCHANABURI

After breakfast, depart for Kanchanaburi Province. Arrive in Kanchanaburi and visit Hell's Pass Memorial, a monument commemorating the Allied prisoners of war who, through forced labor, built this railway pass through the mountains. Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by departure for Erawan National Park, with its beautiful landscapes and waterfalls. Transfer to the hotel and the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Day 5: KANCHANABURI - AYUTTHAYA

After breakfast, we'll depart to visit the famous Bridge over the River Kwai. Next, we'll visit the Jeath War Museum. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Afterward, we'll visit the "Death Train," from where we'll enjoy views of the River Kwai and the beautiful scenery. We'll then continue our journey to the ancient capital of Ayutthaya. Overnight stay.

Day 6: AYUTTHAYA - ANG THONG - SUKHOTHAI

Breakfast and departure to visit the Temples of Ayutthaya, remnants of ancient fortifications. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991, Ayutthaya remains a magical and unmissable place for lovers of history and ancient civilizations. After the visit, continue to the city of Ang Thong, where you can visit the Wat Muang religious complex, famous for housing the largest seated Buddha statue in Thailand and the ninth largest in the world, standing almost 100 meters tall. The journey then continues towards Sukhothai with a stop en route for lunch at a local restaurant. Throughout the journey, you will witness the changing landscape, becoming increasingly green and lush, approaching the jungle landscapes that cover the north of the country. Day 7: SUKHOTHAI - CHIANG RAI

After breakfast, we depart to visit the Sukhothai Archaeological Park, our highlight of the day. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its incredible beauty and as a testament to the centuries of prosperity of the Thai civilization, which built monumental cities and sophisticated temples. After this visit, we continue our journey to Chiang Rai via Lampang, enjoying the wonderful views along the way and Prayao Lake. Lunch en route. Arrival in Chiang Rai in the afternoon and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 8: CHIANG RAI – CHIANG MAI

After breakfast, we depart for the area known as the Golden Triangle on the Mekong River, which forms a tri-border region between Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, formerly dedicated to the opium trade. Once there, we will visit the Opium Museum in Chiang Rai. From there, we will head to the striking and innovative Wat Rong Suea Ten, or Blue Temple, where you can find paintings in a style similar to that of the White Temple, as its architect trained there for many years. We will then stop at the spectacular and contemporary Wat Rong Khun, or White Temple, whose color symbolizes purity and whose crystal represents the wisdom of Buddha as the "light that shines in the world and the universe." Afterward, we continue towards Chiang Mai, stopping en route for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will arrive at the hotel and the rest of the day is free. Overnight stay.

Breakfast. In the morning, we will ascend the mountain to the renowned Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, from where we can appreciate a breathtaking view of Chiang Mai. Lunch at a local restaurant.
