-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route changes: Our representative in Thailand has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits. The itinerary is subject to change depending on the flights chosen by the client, as well as weather conditions.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.

-Regarding accommodations, please note that there is no official category for hotels in Thailand. The hotel categories offered in this program are a guideline compared to those in Europe; they are not official categories.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have schedules assigned according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally being between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the schedule established by each hotel, the passenger will not lose this service. Room service or breakfast bags are available at an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate room access. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. There is also a check-out time on the day of departure, which is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

-Triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Things to keep in mind when choosing a beach: We suggest you consider the weather conditions before choosing your beach destination in Thailand. During the summer months, mainly July and August, it is recommended to choose any of the beach destinations in the Gulf of Thailand (e.g. Koh Samui) and for the rest of the year, any of the destinations in the Andaman Sea (e.g. Phuket and Krabi).

-If the customer chooses to return to their city of origin via Bangkok, the minimum connection time between a domestic flight and an international flight is 3 hours. Buying a connection with less time than recommended may result in missing your international flight, in which case the customer would be responsible for the extra costs resulting from missing the flight.

-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Thailand, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

Day 2: BANGKOK

After breakfast, depart to visit some of the most unusual Buddhist temples, starting with Wat Traimit. Located at the edge of Chinatown on Yaowarat Road, near Hualampong Railway Station, Wat Traimit houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha, measuring almost five meters tall and weighing five and a half tons. The tour then continues to Wat Pho, Bangkok's largest temple, home to the enormous reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. This temple is located behind the Temple of the Buddha. It is one of the largest temples in the city and famous for its gigantic reclining Buddha, which measures 46 meters long and is covered in gold. Next, visit the Grand Palace, undoubtedly the city's most famous landmark. Built in 1782 and serving for 150 years as the home of the King of Thailand, the royal court, and the administrative seat of government, the Grand Palace in Bangkok is an ancient building that continues to impress visitors with its beautiful architecture and intricate details. Within the complex is Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (officially known as Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram), considered the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand and home to a highly revered Buddha image meticulously carved from a single block of jade. Day 5: CHIANG MAI - ELEPHANT RESCUE PARK - CHIANG MAI

Breakfast at the hotel and early departure for the Elephant Rescue Park. Upon arrival at the camp, we will change into the uniforms provided by the Park. We will then receive a brief introduction (in English) on how to interact with the elephants. We will observe how food is prepared and have the opportunity to interact with the elephants. Afterward, we will walk with them and visit beautiful spots where you can take incredible photos with the elephants. We will continue along the path to the bathing area. We will enjoy bathing and brushing the elephants in their own natural pool. Once this amazing experience is over, we will say goodbye to our new friends, the elephants and mahout, and enjoy a delicious homemade lunch to recharge before returning to the hotel. Free afternoon. Day 6: CHIANG MAI

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll depart to visit Wat Doi Suthep, a magnificently situated temple perched atop a forested mountain at an altitude of 1,000 meters. This sacred temple offers a spectacular view of the city, as well as a wealth of images and frescoes. Afterward, we'll descend and explore the city's largest market before concluding with visits to two important temples: Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh. Wat Phra Singh, the Temple of the Lion Buddha, is the most visited temple in Chiang Mai. Built in 1345, it's one of the most prominent examples of Lanna architecture and the epicenter of the Songkran festivities among Buddhist devotees. Next, we'll visit Wat Chedi Luang, constructed around 600 years ago around a partially ruined Lanna-style chedi dating back to 1441, which is believed to have been one of the tallest structures in ancient Chiang Mai. Besides these two temples, you will also visit Wat Suan Dok, which houses the remains of many generations of the Chiang Mai Royal Family. Transfer back to the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
