IMPORTANT:

• If there is a major and unexpected event during which the hotels add a supplement, we will inform you of the corresponding increase in the trip as soon as we are notified..

-VERY IMPORTANT: Special holiday, exhibition and event dates in Dubai are subject to an extra charge for accommodation, which will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.

-Daily departures guaranteed for 2 or more passengers.

-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.

-Possible changes in accommodation: if for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the hotels planned in Dubai, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Triple rooms: Category A in Dubai does not have triple rooms. In the rest of the categories, triple rooms do not include an extra bed for the third passenger.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: many places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before making the reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Dubai, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund or discount for services that passengers decide not to enjoy or in which they are unable to participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: By Generally, hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibars, laundry services, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements for Dubai and the Maldives: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from country to country and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

-Management fees: €30 per reservation.

-Services in Dubai:

Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.

Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.

No-shows on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.

In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

Special cancellation conditions vary by hotel. Consult in each case.
