-Guaranteed departures are available for 2 or more passengers, according to the published departure schedule.
-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodation: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.
-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: The program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or the hotel, the latter will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that cannot be enjoyed.
- Credit card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibars, laundry services, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements for the United Arab Emirates: It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from country to country and are subject to change at short notice and without prior notice.
Flight from your hometown to Dubai Airport.
Arrive at Dubai International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning to relax, enjoy the hotel, or take a walk to explore the city. At around 3:00 PM, you will be picked up from the hotel lobby for a 4x4 excursion into the desert, shared with other guests (maximum 6 people per vehicle). Once you reach the dunes, an exciting safari begins in the most beautiful desert in the Middle East. At sunset, we will transfer to a Bedouin camp where we will enjoy a barbecue buffet dinner accompanied by live shows with local music and dance. After dinner, return to the hotel in Dubai. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a half-day panoramic tour of the city. The first stop will be the old part of the city, visiting the Bastakiya neighborhood and seeing the Al Fahidi Fort. Next, we will cross the Dubai Creek on the famous Abra water taxi to visit the spice and gold markets. We will then stop at Union House and continue to the Jumeirah Mosque. We will then drive along the sunny Jumeirah Beach to see the exterior of the luxurious and famous Burj Al Arab Hotel.
