Ras Al Khaimah

Located between the sea and the Hajar Mountains, it is one of the places that most closely matches our inner image of the Arab world, its golden mountains, its oases and its culture, its towers and its peaceful ports. This city has an immense and deep lagoon, a historic center, beaches and the old Al-Husen fort built in 1820, now converted into a museum.

To the north are the ruins of Julfar, which according to legend -discussed by historians- was the palace of the Queen of Sheba, they are just ruins, but they are still a moving sight.

Towards the south, in Khatt we find a thermal center famous for its water with high sulfur content.
