-Flights: Once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted. Changes of date are only permitted before tickets are issued.

-Management fees: €30 per booking.

-Ground services:

  *Up to 31 days prior to departure date: Cancellation free of charge.

  *Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure date: 25% penalty.

  *Between 20 and 15 days before departure date: 50% penalty.

  *Between 14 and 7 days before departure date: 75% penalty.

  *Between 6 and 3 days before departure date: 90% penalty.

  *Cancellation between 2 days before and the day of departure or no-show: 100% penalty.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers (according to the departure schedule published for this program).

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route changes: Our representative in Canada has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have schedules assigned according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:30 hrs and 09:30 hrs. Outside of the schedule established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bags have an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available after 4:00 PM.

-Triple and Quadruple Rooms: In Canada, triple and quadruple rooms do not have three or four beds, but rather two beds where guests must accommodate.

-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Canada, although no type of special diet or menu can be guaranteed.

-Consumer withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: all hotels In Canada, passengers are required to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Tips: Tipping is mandatory in Canada, and ranges from 15%, 18%, or 20% depending on the establishment. Tips for baggage handlers at airports CAD$2.00, in hotels CAD$3.00 to $4.00 per piece, guides and/or drivers CAD$8.00 per person/day.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements for Canada: It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from country to country and may change at short notice.

Published prices for children under 12 years of age apply only when sharing a room with two adults and without the right to an extra bed. From the age of 12 they pay as an adult.

Canada East Express itinerary

Day 1: TORONTO

Flight from your hometown to Toronto Pearson International Airport .

Arrival and transfer to the hotel (*). Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.(*)(Night transfers, flights arriving between 11:00 PM and 1:30 AM, and between 5:05 AM and 6:00 AM, will have an additional fee. Consult the individual cases). The transfer service will not operate for flights arriving between 1:30 AM and 5:00 AM.

Day 2: TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for our panoramic city tour, passing by City Hall, the Provincial Parliament, the University of Toronto, the bohemian Yorkville neighborhood, and the area where the baseball stadium and the CN Tower (the tallest freestanding tower in the world) are located. We will stop there and allow time for you to go up (entrance not included). Then we depart for Niagara-on-the-Lake, a beautiful town and former capital of Upper Canada. Free time for lunch (not included). Later, we continue our tour along the wine route to the famous Niagara Falls, where we will take a boat trip (*) on the Niagara River aboard the Hornblower, which will take us as close as possible to the cascading water. Overnight stay. (*) If weather conditions do not permit the boat trip, it will be replaced by another activity, such as the Scenic Tunnels.

Day 3: NIAGARA FALLS – THOUSAND ISLANDS – OTTAWA (Hull)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards Canada's capital city via the Trans-Canada Highway. Stop in the beautiful Thousand Islands resort region, where Lake Ontario becomes the St. Lawrence River, and where we will take a boat tour (*). Free time for lunch (not included). We will continue our journey to Ottawa. We enter the city passing by the experimental farm and traveling along the picturesque Rideau Canal and through its beautiful residential neighborhoods. Before arriving at the hotel, a panoramic orientation tour of the city will be offered. Overnight stay.

(*) During the winter months, this activity is not available and will be replaced by a visit to the Ottawa Museum.

Day 4: OTTAWA – MT. TREMBLANT

Breakfast at the hotel. We depart from the hotel to continue our panoramic city tour, passing by Parliament Hill, the Governor General's and Prime Minister's residences, and the residential area. Only in July and August can we witness the Changing of the Guard ceremony in front of Parliament Hill. Free time during which we suggest visiting one of the museums that Canada's capital city has to offer. After lunch (not included), we depart for the Laurentian Mountains region, home to most of Eastern Canada's ski resorts, a popular attraction in both summer and winter. Arrival in the late afternoon and free time in Mt. Tremblant. Overnight stay.

Day 5: MT. TREMBLANT - QUEBEC

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure for Quebec City. En route, we'll stop to visit a traditional sugar shack, where you can sample the famous caramelized maple syrup and learn about its production process. Upon arrival in Quebec City, we'll begin a panoramic tour. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, we'll continue our tour of Quebec City, where we'll see the battlefields, Cape Diamond, the Joan of Arc Garden, Grande Allée, the area around the Parliament of Quebec, the walled city, Saint Louis Gate, Place d'Armes, the Château Frontenac area, City Hall, the Old Port, and Place Royale. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at your leisure to continue enjoying this historic city. Overnight stay.

Day 7: QUEBEC - MONTREAL

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning towards the city of Montreal, cultural and fashion capital. Montreal is also distinguished by its nightlife and gastronomy. Arrival and panoramic tour of the city passing through the area of McGill University, the Golden Square Mile, Oratorio San José, Monte Real (with a stop at one of its viewpoints) and the Latin Quarter. Free time for lunch (not included). Next, we will continue our panoramic tour of Old Montreal, passing by the Plaza de Armas, Notre Dame Basilica (entrance not included), the old Port, Jacques Cartier Square and the city hall building. Rest of the afternoon free. Accommodation.
