-Flights: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Date changes are only permitted before ticket issuance. Name change not permitted.

  *Cancellations received between 35 and 31 days prior to departure will incur a 20% penalty.

  *Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, according to the departure schedule published for this program.

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Canada has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure.

-Hotel list: Hotels will be confirmed 31 days prior to departure, based on those published in the program, and may vary depending on availability at the time the booking request is received. If the hotels listed in the program cannot be offered, other hotels of a similar category will be offered, and this will be specified in our confirmation. Once accepted, no claims for hotel changes will be accepted. Hotel rooms are standard category. For other room types, please inquire about the supplement.

-Transfers: In cases where the client requests a hotel change, transfers from one hotel to another are not included. Passengers with extra nights not booked through Luxotour forfeit their right to arrival and/or departure transfers. Passengers with extra nights in hotels other than those specified in the program must arrange their hotel change at their own expense.

-Porterage and Optional Services: Handling of one suitcase per passenger is included at all hotels. Baggage handling at airports is not included. The charge per suitcase is CAD 5 per piece, per movement. Luxotour is not responsible for any excursion or service that has not been booked and paid for before the start of the trip.

-Waiting Time at Airports: The waiting time for our guides, based on the flight information provided by the client, will be a maximum of one and a half hours. After this time, the passenger must use another means of transport and no refund will be issued.

-Information required for reservation management: In order to offer you better service, we ask that when making your reservation, you provide us with as much information as possible, especially the passenger's full name and their flight locator. No refund will be issued if the information provided is incorrect.

-included breakfasts at hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bag rentals have an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available.

Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. Triple and quadruple rooms: In Canada, triple and quadruple rooms do not have three or four beds, but rather two beds where guests must be accommodated. Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: Some locations, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Canada, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: All hotels in Canada They require the passenger to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc…

-Tips: Tipping is mandatory in Canada, ranging from 15%, 18%, or 20% depending on the establishment. Tips for porters at airports are CAD$2.00, at hotels CAD$3.00 to $4.00 per piece, and for guides and/or drivers CAD$8.00 per person per day.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Canada: It is the client's responsibility to be informed about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

The prices published for children under 12 years of age apply only when they share a room with two adults and without the right to an extra bed. From the age of 12 they pay as an adult.

Day 1: CALGARY

Flight from your hometown to Calgary International Airport.

What will you see today?

Day 2: CALGARY - BANFF NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast and departure for an orientation tour of downtown Calgary. This city is the famous "cowboy" capital of the world and boasts authentic western boutiques, as well as Heritage Park, which revives Alberta's pioneering past and tells the story of the province and the impact of the arrival of the railroad and the oil industry. After the panoramic tour, departure along the Trans-Canada Highway towards the Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park, surrounded by crystal-clear lakes, waterfalls, and imposing mountains. With luck, we might see bears or elk in the wild. Arrival at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3: P.N. BANFF – LAKE LOUISE - P.N. BANFF

Breakfast. Today we will visit some of Canada's most famous lakes. We'll begin with the beautiful Moraine Lake (only accessible from June to September), framed by the Valley of the Ten Peaks within Banff National Park. We'll continue to the park's most famous and iconic spot, Lake Louise, from where we'll see Victoria Glacier, considered one of the most scenic places in the world. Before returning to Banff, we'll stop at the mesmerizing Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park, which will captivate us with its intense color. Overnight stay.

What will you see today?

Day 4: P.N. BANFF – ICE FIELDS - P.N. JASPER

Breakfast. We'll start the day traveling along the Glacier Route with stops at Bow and Peyto Lakes (June to October only), and in front of the impressive Castle Mountain. The road will take us into Jasper National Park. We'll reach the Athabasca Glacier in the Columbia Icefield, the largest icefield (325 km²) south of the Arctic Circle, where we'll enjoy a ride on the Ice Explorer (included). We'll continue to the town of Jasper. Overnight stay.

What will you see today?

Day 5: P. N. JASPER – KAMLOOPS

Breakfast. We'll begin the day heading towards Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. Afterwards, skirting Moose Lake, we'll bid farewell to Jasper to admire the majesty of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. We'll leave the high mountains and, near Wells Gray Provincial Park, visit the 70-meter-high Spahats Falls. We'll continue our journey towards Kamloops, passing through a prairie landscape until we reach our accommodation, a ranch in the style of the Canadian West. Dinner is included at the ranch. Overnight stay.

Day 6: KAMLOOPS – FORT LANGLEY – VANCOUVER

Breakfast. Departure following the Fraser River route towards Vancouver. We will descend through wide valleys and meadows to reach the historic and charming town of Fort Langley, and from there we will continue our route to the city of Vancouver. Before heading to the hotel, we will take an orientation tour and discover a city where the sea and the mountains coexist in perfect harmony. Overnight stay.

Day 7: VANCOUVER

Breakfast. In the morning, depart for a panoramic tour of the city. We will pass through the neighborhoods of Yaletown, Chinatown (the largest in Canada), Gastown (the oldest neighborhood in the city), and Stanley Park, where we will stop to photograph authentic Indigenous totem poles. The tour ends at the Granville Island Market. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

Optional activity: For this free afternoon, we suggest an excursion to explore northern Vancouver.


What will you see today?

Day 8: VANCOUVER – VICTORIA

Breakfast. The day begins with a comfortable 1.5-hour ferry ride to Vancouver Island. Once on the island, our first visit will be to the beautiful Butchart Gardens, the most famous gardens in America for their vast array of flowers and trees. We will then continue to downtown Victoria, where you will have free time to optionally visit the Royal British Columbia Museum (admission not included) with its exhibits dedicated to the history of the province and its Indigenous communities. Explore the area around the Fairmont Empress Hotel, which, situated on the waterfront, is the most photographed building in Victoria. Don't forget to stroll down Government Street, with its unique shops showcasing British-inspired products. The rest of the day is free. Overnight stay.

Day 9: VICTORIA - VANCOUVER

Breakfast. Free morning to continue enjoying Vancouver Island on your own or book an optional excursion such as marine wildlife viewing off the coast of Victoria. In the afternoon, return to Vancouver. Overnight stay.
