MANAGEMENT FEES - From the moment the reservation is made €30 / reservation.

FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the moment the airline tickets are issued. Name change is not allowed.

TRAINS: 100% penalty from the moment the tickets are purchased/issued. Name change is not allowed.

CIRCUIT (ground services and accommodations):

  • Cancellations received up to 47 days prior to the start date of services, without penalty.
  • Cancellations received between 46 and 26 days prior to the start date of services, will have a penalty of 10% of the total cost of services.
  • Cancellations received between 25 and 17 days prior to the start date of services, will have a penalty of 20% of the total cost of services.
  • Cancellations received between 18 and 9 days prior to the start date of services, will have a penalty of 30% of the total cost of services.
  • Cancellations received between 8 and 4 days prior to the start date of services, will have a penalty of 50% charge of the total cost of services.
  • Cancellations received 3 days prior to the start date of services will have a 100% penalty.

-Guaranteed departures (according to the published schedule) from 2 passengers in High Season and from 4 passengers in Low Season, except for dates coinciding with Chinese New Year when the tour will not be operating.

-The deadline for reservation requests for this tour or extra services will be 30 days before arrival in China. After this deadline, any changes or added services will incur an emergency management fee. Requests for changes or new services cannot be guaranteed after the reservation deadline.

-People with reduced mobility: many places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional costs for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Rooms: The single-use room may be smaller than the double-use room. Triple rooms cannot be guaranteed until confirmation from each hotel is received. These rooms are generally double rooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 small folding bed.

-Possible changes in accommodation: if for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in China, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Free time: during free time clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in China has the full right to readjust the order of visits, internal flight schedules, hotels, restaurants and means of transportation once the trip has begun and for the benefit of the client, or cancel the program due to force majeure, without prior notice and without this implying any type of refund.

-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-Consumer withdrawal: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger to have a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements for China: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and are subject to change at short notice and without prior notice.

Arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK). Transfer to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

BEIJING

Breakfast at the hotel. During this day, we will visit: the Imperial Palace, known as the "Forbidden City", Tiananmen Square, one of the largest in the world, and the Summer Palace, which was a summer garden for the Qing Dynasty imperial household. Lunch included. Free afternoon. Overnight.

Day 3:

BEIGING - GREAT WALL - BEIJING

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an excursion to the Great Wall (Juyongguan or Badaling Pass), a spectacular and magnificent architectural work spanning over 2,000 years. Lunch included. In the afternoon, return to Beijing with a stop en route near the Bird's Nest (National Stadium) and the Water Cube (National Swimming Center) to take photos in what was once the Olympic Village (stadium entrance fees not included). Today we will conclude the day with dinner to taste the delicious and famous "Peking Roast Duck." Overnight stay.

Day 4:

BEIJING - LUOYANG

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven, built in 1420 and covering an area of 267 hectares, where emperors prayed for good harvests. Lunch included. In the afternoon, transfer to the station for a high-speed train (Economy Class) to Luoyang. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

LUOYANG - XI`AN

Breakfast at the hotel and departure by road to Dengfeng to visit the famous Shaolin Temple, a center for martial arts studies (Chinese Kung Fu), where we will attend a martial arts performance. Lunch included. In the afternoon, visit the Longmen Grottoes (Dragon Gate), declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They contain more than 1,300 caves, 40 small pagodas, and 100,000 Buddha statues of all sizes, the largest reaching up to 17 meters in height. Afterwards, transfer to the station for the train to Xi'an, the ancient capital of China, 3,000 years old, the only walled capital, and the starting point of the famous Silk Road. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

XI`AN

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will visit the famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which houses more than 6,000 life-size figures representing a vast army of warriors, horses, and chariots guarding the tomb of Emperor Qin. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, we will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda (no climbing required), located within the Jianfu Temple, approximately one kilometer south of urban Xi'an. We will conclude with a visit to the Muslim Quarter (no entry into the Great Mosque). Overnight stay.

XI`AN - GUILIN

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for a local flight to Guilin. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Today, we will take a cruise along the Li River, which enjoys a worldwide reputation for its "sovereign scenic beauty," comprised of vertical hills crisscrossed by clear rivers with fantastic grottoes. Lunch will be served on board. In the afternoon, we will conclude with a visit to the Reed Flute Grotto. Overnight stay.

GUILIN - HANGZHOU

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport and departure on a local flight to Hangzhou. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
