MANAGEMENT FEES: From the moment of confirmation, €30 per booking.

-Land services:

  • Cancellations from the moment of confirmation: €60 per person in low season and €120 in high season, as a non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 45 days prior to the start date of the trip, 100% penalty.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, according to the published departure schedule for this program.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Indonesia, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Special diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Indonesia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: Our representative in Indonesia has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by In the case of airline claims, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients choose not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes disturbance to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be forced to leave the tour without any discount or refund for services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to provide services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and entry requirements in Indonesia: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

Airport/hotel/airport transfers for flights arriving and/or departing between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will incur an extra charge. Please inquire about the specific supplement. The maximum waiting time at airports for the driver is one hour from the scheduled arrival time of the flight. Baggage allowance for transfers and ground transportation in Indonesia: only one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person are permitted.

Exploring Bali from Ubud, without flights (Saturday) itinerary

Day 1: DENPASAR - UBUD

Arrival at Denpasar International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Ubud. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

What will you see today?

Day 2: UBUD - PENGLIPURAN - BESAKIN - KERTAGOSA - UBUD

Breakfast. At 8:00 a.m., departure for the Balinese village of Penglipuran, located 700 m above sea level, known for its well-preserved culture and village layout. Afterward, we continue to Besakih, the most important and largest temple in Bali. The temple was built in the 11th century at 1000 m above sea level on the slopes of Mount Agung, Bali's sacred volcano. We will have a traditional Balinese lunch at a local restaurant and then visit the incredible painted ceilings of the old courthouse of Klungkung, also known as Kertagosa. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 3: UBUD - TABANAN - UBUD

After breakfast, we'll depart on a full-day excursion to the fascinating Tabanan region, traveling through tropical wilderness. Our first stop will be at Pura Luhur Batukaru, one of the six most important temples on the island, built in the 13th century and located at the foot of Mount Batur. The temple is renowned for the beauty of its surrounding nature, nestled amidst a forest with thousands of different trees and flowers. Inside, there's also a small artificial lake and a sacred spring, still used to bless devotees. We'll continue to a restaurant for lunch, passing through Jatiluwih, a pristine area where we can admire some of the island's most beautiful rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch, we'll make a brief stop at the local market in Candikuning, where you'll find tropical spices, flowers, and fruits. Our final stop will be at Lake Bedugul to visit Pura Ulu Danu Beratan. Ulun Danu Temple is situated on the plateau at an altitude of 1,200 meters, with a cool atmosphere and verdant hills as a backdrop. The temple, spectacularly located on the lake, is dedicated to the goddess of water. After the visit, return to the hotel in Ubud. Overnight stay.

Day 4: UBUD - TEGALALANG - KINTAMANI - GUNUNG KAWI - BATUAN - UBUD

Breakfast. At 8:00 am, departure for Batubulan, where we will attend the Barong Dance show, Bali's most famous traditional dance, which represents the struggle between good and evil. Afterward, we will continue to Tegalalang, one of Bali's most beautiful rice terraces. Then we will head to Sebatu, the temple of holy water, and after the visit, we will continue to Kintamani to admire the scenery above the crater of Mount Batur and Lake Batur. We will have a traditional Balinese lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will visit Gunung Kawi, an 11th-century temple and funerary complex. On the way back to the hotel, we will stop in the village of Mas, famous for its artisans specializing in wood carving. We will also stop in Batuan Village, known for its art galleries. After the tour, we will return to Ubud. Overnight stay.

Day 5: UBUD - SANGEH - MENGWI - TANAH LOT - SOUTHERN BEACHES OF BALI - BEACHES OF SOUTHERN BALI

Breakfast. At 8:00, departure for the sacred forest of Sangeh, inhabited by several tribes of monkeys that protect the temple from evil spirits. Next, we will arrive at the Royal Temple of Taman Ayun in Mengwi, built in 1634 by the King of Mengwi. It is a beautiful temple with a multi-tiered roof and Balinese architecture. It has a large landscaped garden in the front courtyard to welcome all visitors. Afterward, we will transfer to our next destination, the famous Tanah Lot temple, a magical structure that stands alone on a rock, right in the sea. After the visit, transfer to your hotel on the beaches of South Bali.
