Cancelation conditions
- MANAGEMENT FEES: From the moment the reservation is made, €30 / reservation.

-People with reduced mobility: Many places in Indonesia, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before booking. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Possible changes in accommodation: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Indonesia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: Our representative in Indonesia has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without missing any of the scheduled visits.
-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-Consumer withdrawal: the tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or in the hotels, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to have a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements for Indonesia: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and are subject to change at short notice and without prior notice.

Breakfast at your hotel and get ready for a day full of cultural and spiritual exploration. We'll head to Gunung Kawi Temple, an ancient temple complex nestled in a lush green valley. Here, we'll explore the historic site with its majestic cliff carvings and feel the deep spiritual energy of the place. After our visit to Gunung Kawi, we'll continue our journey to Tirta Empul, one of Bali's most sacred temples, famous for its sacred water used for the traditional purification ritual known as Melukat. Guided by local traditions, we'll participate in this sacred ritual, immersing ourselves in the purifying waters to cleanse the body and soul, and renew ourselves spiritually. Return to Ubud, where we can relax and reflect on the day's spiritual journey. Overnight.

Day 3:
UBUD - TABANAN - LOVINA
Breakfast at the hotel. Later in the day, we will begin the journey from Ubud to Lovina, discovering the varied landscapes and cultural richness that Bali has to offer along the way. We will head to our first stop, Taman Ayun, an elegant temple complex surrounded by gardens and canals, renowned for its traditional Balinese architecture and serene atmosphere. From there, we will continue our journey to Jatiluwih, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its stunning rice terraces and magnificent views of Mount Batukaru. Next, we will visit Ulun Danu Beratan, a picturesque Hindu temple located on the shores of Lake Beratan, which appears to float on its calm waters and is dedicated to the goddess of water. Finally, we will arrive at our hotel in Lovina, a charming coastal town known for its black sand beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and the peaceful landscapes of northern Bali. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 4:
LOVINA - KINTAMANI - CANDI DASA
Our day will begin with an early awakening for the exciting experience of dolphin watching at Lovina Beach, famous for its abundance of these charming marine mammals. We will sail on a traditional wooden boat, listening to the dance of the dolphins as they play and jump on the calm waters. Return to the hotel. Breakfast. Afterwards, we will depart for Kintamani, embarking on a panoramic tour that will allow us to contemplate the impressive views of Lake Batur and Mount Batur from a privileged vantage point overlooking the landscape. We will continue our journey to Tukad Cepung, where we will discover a hidden waterfall inside a cave, surrounded by a lush forest that gracefully frames the waterfall from the top of the cavern. Arrival in Candidasa, a peaceful coastal town renowned for its serene beaches and traditional charm, offering an ideal place to relax. Overnight stay.

CANDI DASA
Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin the day exploring the cultural and historical gems of East Bali. Our first stop will be Puri Agung Karangasem, the Karangasem Royal Palace, where we will tour its magnificent grounds, admire its traditional Balinese architecture, and immerse ourselves in the rich history of the royal family. Next, we will continue to the serene Tirta Gangga Water Palace, a former royal water garden surrounded by picturesque rice terraces and koi-filled ponds. There, we will have the opportunity to stroll through its lush gardens, feed the fish, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. Later, we will visit Tenganan Bali Aga Village, one of the oldest villages in Bali, known for its well-preserved ancient traditions and unique cultural heritage. We will explore the village, meet local artisans, and learn about the traditional double ikat weaving technique for which it is renowned. After this day of cultural immersion and exploration, we will return to Candidasa to relax and enjoy the evening. Accommodation.
