-Flights:
Name change not allowed. Change of date is only allowed before the issuance of the air tickets.
Once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable.
-Ground Services:
Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.
No show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.

-The order of visits may vary, but always maintain the content of the trip.
-Regarding accommodations, please note that the categories in Egypt do not correspond to those in Europe; standards in Egypt are lower. The categories of the hotels offered in this program are the official ones in Egypt; however, they do not correspond to the official categories in Europe. As for the motor vessels, they do not have an official category.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or boats, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: Many places in Egypt, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before booking. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Egypt, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: The circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedules or other events.
-In the event that the attitude of a passenger jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: Generally, hotels and ships require a credit card from the passenger or a cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate telephone services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements for Egypt: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from one country to another and are subject to change at short notice and without prior notice.

Flight from your hometown to Luxor Airport.
Arrival, visa formalities, and transfer to the riverboat. Dinner and overnight on board.
Full board regime on board. Departure in the morning to cross the Nile and visit the Necropolis of Thebes on its west bank, where you can admire the Valley of the Kings where 62 kings are buried in tombs excavated in the mountain. The funerary temple of Rameses III (20th Dynasty), known today as the Temple of Medinet Habu (the city of Habu), is a good example of New Kingdom architecture. He took as a model the funerary temple of Ramses II, the Rameseo, and enlarged it. It is the best preserved in the Thebes area and still maintains a lot of polychrome. After the visit, we will pass by the Colossi of Memnon and continue to the Luxor Temple, located in the center of the city of Luxor. The temple was built by Amenophis III and Ramses II in the 18th century BC, and was linked to the Temple of Karnak by the famous Avenue of the Sphinxes. One of the obelisks at the entrance to the temple was taken to the Place de Concorde in Paris. After visiting Luxor, we headed to the Karnak temple, the temple of Amun Ra (the sacred precinct of Thebes) which is full of obelisks, columns and gigantic statues. Return to the boat to begin sailing towards Edfu passing through the Esna lock. Night on board.
Full board regime on board. Visit of the Temple of Edfú dedicated to the God Horus and characterized by its good state of conservation. The navigation continues towards Kom Ombo, a temple dedicated to the crocodile-headed gods Sobek and falcon-headed Haroeris. After the visit, sailing continues to Aswan. Night on board.
Full board regime on board. Before dawn, departure on a road trip to the temples of Abu Simbel, two enormous temples carved into the mountain on the shores of Lake Nasser, dedicated to Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari. After the visit, return to the motor ship. During this day they also have a visit to the Philae Temple and a felucca ride (typical Egyptian sailboats) to admire a panoramic view of the Agha Khan Mausoleum, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Garden from the Nile. Night on board in Aswan.
Breakfast. Free time until the time of your transfer to the airport to depart on a charter flight to Cairo. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Breakfast and departure for a panoramic tour of the Giza complex, where you can see the famous pyramids and the Sphinx. The Pyramid of Cheops, which covers 13 hectares and originally stood at 146 meters high. The second pyramid, built by Pharaoh Khafre, is 136 meters high. The third pyramid, built by Menkaure, son of Khafre, is 62 meters high. The Sphinx, a mythical statue with the body of a lion and a human head, is 70 meters long and 20 meters high. The Sphinx and the three pyramids were considered one of the greatest wonders of the ancient world. After the visit, return to the hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.
