- GROUND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a charge of the total cost of the services.
Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: arriving in Nairobi Mondays and Tuesdays year-round.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Kenya has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to Luxotour will not handle any claims for lost or damaged luggage. For people with reduced mobility: some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before booking. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Kenya: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

Breakfast and departure for Samburu National Reserve, passing through Karatina and crossing the equator at Nanyuki. Arrival at the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, a game drive through the park. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: SAMBURU/SHABA – ABERDARE MOUNTAINS
Sunrise Safari. Breakfast and departure for Nyeri. Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club or Treetops Lodge. Guests assigned to the Ark Lodge will be transferred in the hotel vehicles to Aberdare National Park in the afternoon. Free afternoon to enjoy the views and observe the wildlife from the hotel's viewpoints. Dinner and overnight stay.
(For the night at the Ark Lodge, guests may only bring a small bag or backpack with essentials. The rest of their luggage will remain at the Aberdare Country Club and will be collected the following day.)

Breakfast and departure towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, a photo safari will be conducted in the area. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure to the Maasai Mara National Reserve along the Narok route. Arrival at the lodge at lunch time. In the afternoon, photographic safari in the plains of this Reserve. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 6: MAASAI MARA
Full board at the lodge. Today, two game drives are offered, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, allowing you to continue enjoying the scenery and the wildlife that roams the area. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savanna located in southwestern Kenya along the border with Tanzania. It is home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos. The landscape consists of grassy plains and rolling hills, crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area surrounding the Reserve is dotted with Maasai villages (enkangs). Overnight stay.

Breakfast and early departure to Amboseli National Park, the magical land of Kenya, located in the South, on the border of Kenya and Tanzania. This park is a great natural setting created by the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and with a landscape dominated by acacia forests, thorny bushes, swamps and its large lake. Home to a large concentration of wildlife including elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, zebra, wildebeest and hundreds of species of birds. Lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, departure for a photographic safari. Dinner and accommodation.
