Observations

- Possible changes in accommodations: If in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or camps, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
- Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines or shipping companies, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
- People with reduced mobility: Many places in Morocco, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
- Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Morocco, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
- Consumer withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: In the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit card: For Generally, hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibars, laundry services, room service charges, etc.
- Personal Documentation: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the required documents in order and with the validity required by the immigration and customs authorities. Cancelation conditions
- Administration fees: €30 per reservation.
- Ground services:
- Cancellations between 15 and 11 days before the departure date will incur a 5% penalty.
- Cancellations between 10 and 3 days before the departure date will incur a 15% penalty.
- Cancellations 48 hours before the departure date will incur a 25% penalty.
- No-shows on the day of departure without prior notice will incur a 100% penalty.
- In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.

Day 2:
MARRAKECH
Breakfast. Departure on a private tour with a local English-speaking guide for a visit to Marrakech, known as "the Pearl of the South" or the Red City. This tour begins in the magnificent Menara Gardens, which feature a side pavilion and countless olive trees. Afterward, visit the exterior of the Koutoubia minaret, the twin of the Giralda in Seville. Once in the old part of the city, visit the Bahia Palace, owned by a local nobleman. Finally, arrive at Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, one of the most interesting places in Morocco, providing access to the souks and the medina. Guilds of woodworkers, ceramicists, leatherworkers, and spice makers are some of the places you will visit. After the tour, return to your accommodation. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 3:
MARRAKECH / AGAFAY DESERT
Breakfast. Departure to the Agafay Desert in a private 4x4 vehicle with a Spanish-speaking driver, crossing the Kik Plateau between Berber villages and towns sheltered by the Atlas Mountains. Stop en route for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to the Agafay Desert, arriving in time to enjoy the sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
Although it is called a desert, it is important to keep in mind that we are not referring to the typical sand dune landscape like in the Sahara; it is rather a barren desert plateau that stretches for several kilometers. This semi-lunar terrain provides a stunning setting for those who want to enjoy outdoor activities or a night in a tented camp under a blanket of stars. Definitely a different place, very close to Marrakech, but lost and far from civilization.

Marrakech monumental visit 1/2 day (EI)

It was built at the end of the 19th century over a decade, with the intention of being the largest palace ever built (8,000 square meters), combining the palace and a set of gardens, by Si Moussa, grand vizier of the sultan, for his personal use and owes its name to one of his wives. It has a large number of rooms intended for his concubines.
Excursion to the Kik Plateau and Agafay Desert (EI)
Early morning departure to the Agafay Desert via the Kik Plateau. The rugged highlands of the Kik Plateau are a popular destination for hiking in the High Atlas Mountains, with numerous trails leading from nearby Berber villages such as Asni, Moulay Brahim and Ourigane, easily accessible from Marrakech. Renowned for its unique limestone topography, the plateau is a picturesque place, covered in alpine wildflowers and wheat fields, offering magnificent views of the surrounding peaks, including Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa.
