Day 1: FEZ

Arrival in Fez, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: FEZ

Breakfast and city tour. Starting at the gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, and the South Fortress, we will then enter the grand medina through the Blue Gate, Bab Jeloud. This city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks to the maze of narrow streets that form its core, a place that takes its inhabitants back centuries, to the Middle Ages. We will visit the Bou Inania Madrasa and the Nejjarine Fountain, as well as the souks and the tanners' guild. The tour continues in the afternoon with a visit to the modern part of the city, Fes el Jedid, before arriving at the hotel in the mid-afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Tonight you will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner deep within the medina of this city in an authentic Arab palace with cuisine in the purest Fez style and a belly dancer performance.

What will you see today?

Day 3: FEZ / MIDELT / ERFOUD

Breakfast and departure for Erfoud. Today you'll cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Azrou with its Swiss-style houses and Midelt. Arrival in the Ziz River valley with its endless palm groves and finally Erfoud. Dinner and overnight stay.

OPTIONAL:

4x4 Sunset dunes of Merzouga.

At the entrance to Erfoud, 4x4 vehicles with drivers will take you to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a tour of this area with the opportunity to watch the sunset over the great dune and even optionally ride a camel.

Nomad camp accommodation and Berber party.

Sunset followed by dinner and accommodation in a local nomadic camp with tribal music and dances and the best of Tuareg cuisine.

Day 4: ERFOUD / TODRA / OUARZAZATE

Breakfast and departure for the Todra Gorge, a vast natural wonder where guests can explore on foot. Afterwards, arrival in the Dades Valley with its endless palm groves laden with date palms. Departure for Ouarzazate and visit to the Taourirt Kasbah. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: OUARZAZATE / AIT BEN HADDOU / MARRAKECH (193 km)

Breakfast. Departure for Marrakech. Walking tour of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, possibly the largest and best-preserved in the country. Continue to the Tizi n'Tichka pass, at over 2,000 meters altitude, where lunch will be served. Arrival in Marrakech in the mid-afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: MARRAKECH

Breakfast and departure for a tour of the city, known as the "Pearl of the South." This tour begins in the magnificent Menara Gardens, where it is said that warriors learned to walk before crossing the Strait of Gibraltar to invade the Iberian Peninsula. Afterwards, there is an exterior view of the Koutoubia Minaret, twin sister of the Giralda in Seville. Once inside the old city, a visit is made to the Bahia Palace, with its layout filled with rooms for the retinue of the Pasha of Marrakech's harem. In the afternoon, an extensive tour is undertaken throughout the old city, the medina. Visits are made to the different artisan guilds that make up this area, and free time is available to admire this place on your own and purchase handicrafts. Transfer back to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 7: MARRAKECH

Breakfast and free day in this city. Lunch and accommodation.

OPTIONAL:

Ourika Valley.

Visit the area surrounding the High Atlas Mountains, near the valley of the same name, with villages built of mud and a central river flowing down from the valley. Explore Berber villages that make their living from livestock farming and agriculture, and have the opportunity to purchase local pottery and fossils.

Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
