- LAND SERVICES:

Cancellations received between 60 and 35 days prior to the start date of services will incur a charge of 25% of the total cost of services.

Cancellations received within 34 days prior to the start of services will incur a charge of the total cost of services.

Children under 12 are not accepted on regular safaris (shared with other clients), as these trips have fixed departure times that must be respected to avoid disrupting other tours. For families with children, we recommend a private safari, which offers flexibility and a more inclusive experience tailored to the needs of all family members.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: Mondays year-round (arriving in Arusha on Tuesday).

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Tanzania has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without missing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, lodges, or camps for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The maximum occupancy in most lodges is 2 people per room. If you wish to travel in a triple room, please request a quote from your travel agency.

-Luggage: In case of lost luggage Regarding airline claims, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for the return of luggage or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are visiting, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

On scheduled safaris, space is limited and one suitcase per person is permitted. Soft-sided luggage, such as a duffel bag, is recommended as space is limited in the 4x4 vehicles. Large suitcases exceeding 60x42x26 cm cannot be stored in the 4x4s and should not be used.

Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - ARUSHA

Departure on a scheduled flight to Arusha. Overnight on board.

Day 2: ARUSHA

Arrival at Arusha International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Arusha is located midway between Cape Town and Cairo and has grown from a mere operational outpost to one of Tanzania's major cities and the main starting point for most safaris and expeditions in northern Tanzania. It lies at the foot of Mount Meru, Tanzania's second highest mountain, and boasts spectacular views of Kilimanjaro. Agriculture, with its numerous flower and coffee plantations, as well as Tanzania's mines, forms the basis of the city's economy. A short distance from Arusha is Lake Duluti, a picturesque spot for an enjoyable and pleasant stroll.

Day 3: ARUSHA - TARANGIRE

Breakfast and free morning (*). Early lunch at the hotel and at 2:00 PM departure for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant population, dunes, and baobab trees. Much of the park consists of grasslands, swamps, and floodplains that feed the Tarangire River. Upon arrival at the park, we will take a game drive and then transfer to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: TARANGIRE - LAKE MANYARA - SERENGETI

Early breakfast and sunrise departure for a game drive in Tarangire National Park. Afterward, we will leave the park and head to the adjacent Lake Manyara area, passing through the Maasai steppes, an area dotted with picturesque African villages and large plantations of corn, coffee, and bananas. We will arrive for lunch at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, located on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, and enjoy panoramic views of Lake Manyara National Park. At 2:00 PM, we continue our game drive through the Karatu Highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, heading toward our final destination for the day, Serengeti National Park, where we will enjoy a game drive before arriving at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: SERENGETI

Breakfast. Today, to continue exploring Serengeti National Park, you can choose one of these two options: a full-day safari with a picnic lunch, or a sunrise and sunset safari, returning to the lodge for lunch. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: SERENGETI - NGORONGORO

Early breakfast and departure for a photo safari in the park. Return to the lodge for an early lunch, and at 2:00 PM we depart again for our final photo safari in Serengeti National Park. Afterward, we continue our journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrival at the lodge located on the crater rim, and weather permitting, you will enjoy incredible views. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: NGORONGORO - LAKE MANYARA

After an early breakfast, we begin our descent to the crater floor for a photographic safari inside the volcano, a unique wildlife experience. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest volcanic caldera. Due to its size and diversity, the crater floor comprises several distinct areas, ranging from forests, swamps, lakes, and springs to open grasslands and some sand dunes. Lunch is planned as a picnic (or at the lodge if the weather requires). Afterward, we depart for nearby Lake Manyara, where we will stay at a lodge located on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: LAKE MANYARA - ARUSHA

Early breakfast and departure for a photographic safari in Lake Manyara National Park, in search of the famous tree-climbing lions. At 10:30 a.m., departure for Arusha, arriving at approximately 12:30 p.m. Free time until your transfer to the airport.
