- MANAGEMENT FEES: From the moment the booking is made, €30 per booking

- FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the moment the airline tickets are issued. Date and name changes are not permitted.

- LAND SERVICES:

Cancellations received between 35 and 8 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the services.

Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the services.

Cancellations received within 3 days prior to the start of services will incur a penalty of 100%.

The published prices for children between 6 and 11 years old are only valid if they share a room with 2 adults.

Maximum 1 child per room.

This program does not accept children under 6 years old.

From age 12, children pay the adult rate.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, according to the published schedule.

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Tanzania has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, lodges, or camps for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The maximum occupancy in most lodges is 2 people per room. Triple rooms are available upon request.

-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly. to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group and/or the accommodations, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Card of Credit: Generally, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as phone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

- Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are visiting, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

On regularly departing safaris, space is limited and one suitcase per person is allowed.

Hard-sided suitcases are not permitted on this program; only soft-sided luggage is allowed, with a maximum weight of 20 kg per person.

Luggage and personal belongings travel at the owner's risk.
