-The maximum occupancy in most lodges is 2 people per room. Triple rooms are available upon request.

-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly. to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group and/or the accommodations, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Card of Credit: Generally, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as phone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

On regularly departing safaris, space is limited and one suitcase per person is allowed.

Hard-sided suitcases are not permitted on this program; only soft-sided luggage is allowed, with a maximum weight of 20 kg per person.

Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - ARUSHA

Day 2: ARUSHA

Arrival at Arusha International Airport (Kilimanjaro) and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay (*).

Day 3: ARUSHA - TARANGIRE - KARATU

Breakfast and departure for Tarangire National Park for a day safari. The park's vegetation is rich in Lemiyon baobabs and large umbrella acacias. This wooded savanna is the ideal habitat for impalas, giraffes, waterbuck, hartebeests, moose, zebras, wildebeest, and more. Picnic lunch. Afterward, we'll go on another safari. Once the afternoon safari is over, we'll continue to Karatu. Arrival, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 4: KARATU

Full board at the lodge. A free day at your leisure, which you can spend discovering the small town of Karatu, strolling through the local markets to find souvenirs such as small carved wooden ornaments or brightly colored "kanga" fabrics worn by Tanzanian women. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of the lodge's facilities and services, relax by the pool, or walk through a lush, flower-filled garden. Overnight stay.

Day 5: KARATU - NGORONGORO - SERENGETI

Breakfast and departure for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a safari in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is a crater over 20 km in diameter, with relatively steep slopes. The concentration of wildlife is the highest in the world because it is a transit and resting place for many migratory animals, mainly mammals. Most African fauna species are represented here, including large herds and their predators (lions, cheetahs, hyenas) and large mammals (elephants, rhinoceroses, hippos). Return to the crater rim, where we will enjoy a picnic lunch. Afterward, departure for the Serengeti plains. Arrival at the camp, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6: SERENGETI

Breakfast. Day safari in Serengeti National Park, whose landscapes are characterized by vast plains, enormous termite mounds, and gray rocky outcrops where predators relax. Serengeti, which means "extensive arid land" in the Maasai language, is one of the largest parks in Africa. It is home to numerous animals such as antelope, zebras, buffalo, rhinoceros, giraffes, and more. Barbecue lunch in the heart of the park, served under the acacia trees. Afterward, departure for another safari in the National Park. Stop at sunset for refreshments among the bush. Return to camp at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: SERENGETI - ARUSHA

Breakfast and departure for a final safari in the Serengeti plains, Tanzania's only national park where cheetahs and leopards can be observed. Picnic lunch followed by transfer to the small Serengeti airport for a local flight to Arusha. Arrival at Arusha's local airport and transfer to the international airport.Note: Departure flights from Arusha's international airport must be scheduled for 4:00 PM or later.
