- SAFARI AND OTHER LAND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 60 and 46 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 25% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received between 45 and 31 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 50% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 75% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received within 14 days prior to the start of services will incur a penalty of the total cost of services.

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Tanzania has the right to modify the order of the itinerary if safari conditions require it, while always maintaining the overall trip content.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, camps, or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels, lodges and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, health, and vaccination requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
The published prices for children are valid for children under 16 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they turn 16, they pay the adult rate.
The program does not admit children under 4 years old.

Departure on a scheduled flight to Arusha. Night on board.

Day 3: ARUSHA - TARANGIRE
Breakfast and departure by road to Tarangire National Park, known for its unique landscape dotted with giant baobabs and the high concentration of wildlife that gathers around the Tarangire River, the area's main water source. It is common to see elephants in large herds, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and gazelles moving towards the river. With some luck, you might spot lions, leopards, or cheetahs resting in the shade. It is also a great time for birdwatching: Tarangire is an ornithological paradise with more than 500 recorded species, including vultures, hornbills, and the curious secretary bird. Lunch at the lodge. Safari until sunset. As the heat subsides, the animals return to the river. It is common to see hippos in the waterholes, buffalo, and new herds of elephants. As evening falls, the light transforms the landscape into a spectacular backdrop for photographs. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure for a full-day safari in Serengeti National Park, with a packed lunch. This World Heritage Site teems with wildlife. We will explore the endless plains dotted with acacia trees and granite formations where lions watch over their territory. Depending on the time of year, we may witness the Great Migration of Wildebeest or spot an elusive leopard in the riverside forests. Return to camp at dusk. Dinner and overnight stay.
Optional activity: For this day, we offer a hot air balloon flight, departing from camp before dawn. Please inquire about the supplement.

Day 8: SERENGETI - NGORONGORO
Early breakfast and departure around 7:00 AM for the Ngorongoro Crater. Expected arrival at the crater rim around 10:30 AM and immediate descent for a full-day game drive. Stop for a picnic lunch by Lake Magadi. Afterward, continue the game drive. In the afternoon, we will ascend back to the crater rim for a final view of this magnificent caldera before continuing to our overnight camp, located in the forest on the lower slopes of the Ngorongoro Highlands. Dinner and accommodation at the camp.

Breakfast and departure for Arusha, with a stop en route to enjoy the views from the Lake Manyara viewpoint, high on the Rift Valley escarpment. Lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge and then transfer to the airport.
