Children under 12 are not accepted on regular safaris (shared with other clients), as these trips have fixed departure times that must be respected to avoid disrupting other tours. For families with children, we recommend a private safari, which offers flexibility and a more inclusive experience tailored to the needs of all family members.

-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Tanzania has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without missing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, lodges, or camps for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-The maximum occupancy in most lodges is 2 people per room. If you wish to travel in a triple room, please request a quote from your travel agency.
-Luggage: In case of lost luggage Regarding airline claims, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for the return of luggage or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are visiting, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
On scheduled safaris, space is limited and one suitcase per person is permitted. Soft-sided luggage, such as a duffel bag, is recommended as space is limited in the 4x4 vehicles. Large suitcases exceeding 60x42x26 cm cannot be stored in the 4x4s and should not be used.

Day 2: TARANGIRE - SERENGETI
Early breakfast and sunrise departure for a game drive in Tarangire National Park. Afterwards, depart for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch will be a picnic lunch. Upon arrival at the entrance to Serengeti National Park, we will begin our game drive. Afterwards, transfer to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: SERENGETI
Today, to continue exploring Serengeti National Park, you can choose one of these two options: a full-day safari with a picnic lunch, or a sunrise and sunset safari, returning to the lodge for lunch. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: SERENGETI - NGORONGORO - KARATU
Early breakfast and departure at dawn for Ngorongoro, arriving around 9:30 a.m. We will descend to the bottom of the crater for a safari inside the caldera, a unique wildlife encounter. Picnic lunch inside the crater. Around 5:30 p.m., we will leave the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and continue our journey to the Karatu area. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: KARATU - LAKE MANYARA - KARATU
Breakfast and departure for Lake Manyara National Park, where we will go on a photo safari. Picnic lunch. In the afternoon, return to Karatu. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure towards Lake Eyasi, where we will visit the Datoga and Hadzabe tribes, famous for being the blacksmiths of Tanzania, hunters and gatherers, and who still continue to live according to their ancestral traditions. Picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a guided walking safari along the shores of Lake Eyasi. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast and free time for those interested in joining the Hadzabe for the morning hunt (*). Departure for Arusha, arriving at approximately 12:30 pm. Free time until your transfer to the airport.
