- SAFARI AND OTHER LAND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 60 and 46 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 25% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received between 45 and 31 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 50% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to the start date of services will incur a penalty of 75% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations received within 14 days prior to the start of services will incur a penalty of the total cost of services.
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, arriving in Arusha on Tuesdays.
-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Tanzania has the right to modify the order of the itinerary if safari conditions require it, while always maintaining the overall trip content.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, camps, or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels, lodges and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Tanzania, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, health, and vaccination requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
The published prices for children are valid for children under 16 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they turn 16, they pay the adult rate.
The program does not admit children under 6 years old.

Departure on a scheduled flight to Arusha. Night on board.

Day 4: KARATU - NGORONGORO - SERENGETI
Early breakfast and early morning departure to enter the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. We will descend into the crater, enjoying a game drive en route. The crater is considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Covering an area of 8,500 km², it is often called the African Garden of Eden due to the density and diversity of its wildlife, offering incredible animal sightings in a spectacular setting, and is one of the few places where the endangered black rhinoceros can be seen. We leave the crater and continue by road to Serengeti National Park. Picnic lunch. Arrival in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: SERENGETI
Breakfast and departure for a full-day safari in Serengeti National Park, with a picnic lunch. This World Heritage Site teems with wildlife. Spanning 13,000 km², it offers vast savanna plains and scattered woodlands where millions of herbivores graze, feeding one of the largest concentrations of large predators on the planet. Famous for the great annual migrations of thousands of wildebeest and zebras, the herds move north from their breeding grounds on the fertile southern plains in search of new pastures. It is also home to the "Big Five": lion, rhinoceros, elephant, leopard, and buffalo. Return to the lodge at sunset. Dinner and overnight stay.

Early this morning, we will go on a safari in the park. Return to the lodge for breakfast and departure for Arusha. Arrival and lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, transfer to the airport.
