This program does not have a discount for children.
Cancelation conditions
-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name change No allowed.
Date change allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.
Once the tickets are issued, they are not refundable.
-Land services:
Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.
Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT
-VERY IMPORTANT: Special holiday, exhibition and event dates are subject to an extra charge for accommodation, which will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.
-Guaranteed departures for 2 or more passengers, from September 16 to May 31. During the summer months this program is not operational.
-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: if the behavior of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in the United Arab Emirates: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Dubai and Ras Al Khaymah (2/3 pax) itinerary
Day 1:
DUBAI
Flight from your hometown to Dubai Airport. *
Arrive at Dubai International Airport, assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel with English-speaking driver. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Day 2:
Breakfast and departure for a half-day sightseeing tour. The tour begins in the old part of Dubai, visiting the Bastakiya district, a replica of the old houses with their wind towers, and the Al Fahidi Fort. Next, we will cross Dubai Creek on the famous Abra water taxi to visit the spice and gold markets. We will pass by Union House, continuing to the Jumeirah Mosque where we will make a brief stop for a photo. We will then cross the sunny Jumeirah Beach to see the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel and continue towards the Dubai Marina district, one of the most modern and spectacular in the city. Next, we will drive through Sheikh Zayed Road, from where we will be able to appreciate the great skyscrapers of the city. Finally, we will pass through Downtown Dubai, where the tallest tower in the world is located, the Burj Khalifa (entrance not included), next to the impressive Duba Mall shopping center. At the end of our panoramic tour, we will return to the hotel. At around 3:00 p.m., in the hotel lobby, you will be picked up to leave in a 4x4 vehicle and begin an exciting safari in the most beautiful desert in the Middle East, where we will enjoy several stops to take photos and watch the sunset from the dunes. Later, we will move to a Bedouin camp where we can optionally (not included) ride a camel, smoke shisha, get a henna tattoo and have your photo taken with a falcon. Buffet barbecue dinner included at the camp, accompanied by a live show of local dance and music. Return to the hotel in Dubai and overnight.

Day 3:
DUBAI - ABU DHABI - DUBAI
Breakfast and departure on a full-day excursion to discover Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates and the largest of the seven emirates, popularly known as the richest in the world. Once we arrive in Abu Dhabi, our panoramic tour begins in front of the famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque. We will then go to see the exterior of the sheikhs' palaces in the Al Bateen neighborhood and stop in front of the majestic Emirates Palace hotel to take photos. We will visit the Heritage Village, an open-air museum that allows us to learn about the Emirati past, while we see the spectacular skyline of Abu Dhabi. We will continue towards Saadiyat Island, where we will make a stop to take a photo in front of the spectacular Louvre Abu Dhabi museum before continuing to the other island, Yas Island, where the Formula 1 circuit and the Ferrari World, Warner Bros, Sea World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld theme parks are located. After this panoramic visit, return to Dubai. Accommodation.

Day 4:
DUBAI - SHARJAH - RAS AL KHAYMAH
Breakfast and departure to the emirate of Sharjah, the third largest emirate in the nation and named "the cultural capital" of the United Arab Emirates due to its commitment to art, culture and heritage. The tour begins with a panoramic visit to the renowned University of Sharjah opened in 1998, from there we will go to the "Cultural Roundabout". Visit the Islamic Museum of Sharjah, one of the most important museums in the UAE, where all Arab knowledge and art is displayed. We will visit the Souq Al Arsah and Bait Al Naboodah, the former Emirati residence. Finally, we will enjoy the Souq Al Jubail market, a spectacular market of fish, meat, fruit and vegetables where customers can enjoy and buy local species and products. Once the panoramic visit is over, continue to the emirate of Ras Al Khaymah. Check in at the hotel and free afternoon to rest or enjoy the beach. Accommodation (*).
