Day 3:

DUBAI

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a full-day city tour, accompanied by a bilingual Spanish-Portuguese guide. The tour begins at Dubai Marina, one of the city's most famous neighborhoods, built around a 7km-long canal with mooring capacity for more than 100 yachts and boats, and featuring some of the tallest and most beautiful towers in the city. Afterwards, we continue with a panoramic tour of the famous artificial island, Palm Jumeirah, home to the renowned Atlantis The Palm hotel. We head along the Jumeirah coast to our first market of the day, Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Built in the style of an old bazaar, this market features several shops selling souvenirs, clothing, bags, and much more. It is also home to the famous camel milk ice cream. The Souk also offers the best viewpoint and photo ops with Dubai's iconic landmark, the 7-star Burj Al Arab. Considered the most luxurious hotel in the world, this hotel has long been the city's symbol. For the second part of the tour, we head to the oldest part of the city. We'll start in the Al Fahidi Historic District to see how people lived in the past, with preserved buildings over 200 years old—a journey back in time. From there, we'll cross the old Dubai Creek canal on the classic Abra boat to reach the Gold and Spice Markets, one of the most anticipated moments of the day. Free time for shopping, with a variety of options for everything you can imagine. For the last part of the day, we'll head to the Dubai Mall, Dubai's number one tourist attraction. There, we'll have free time to have lunch (not included), see the Dubai Aquarium, and visit the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world (tickets not included). DUBAI - SHARJAH - DUBAI

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a half-day excursion to Sharjah, the cultural capital of the United Arab Emirates and the country's third largest city. Located north of Dubai on the Persian Gulf, Sharjah has some of the most historical and cultural attractions in the region. We begin our tour with a stop at Culture Square, also known as Quran Square, named after a monument to the holy book, among five must-see palaces in Sharjah, including the Palace of Culture, the Public Library, and others. We then visit the Museum of Islamic Civilization, the largest in the region, to learn more about the religion, its culture, art, technology, and little-known inventions created by Arab and Islamic scientists over many centuries. We head to the Sharjah Fort, once the base of the Al Qasimi royal family; today, the fort serves as a history museum about the origins of the emirate, its tribe, and much more. To conclude the tour, there's nothing like Sharjah's traditional markets. We'll visit the Central Market, also known as the Blue Market, followed by free time at the Municipal Market, a draw not only for tourists but also for residents from across the country. You'll purchase fruits and vegetables, meats, fish, dates, and a wide variety of regional foods. We'll return to Dubai, and in the evening, we'll take a Dhow Cruise with dinner, where you'll enjoy the contrast between the large passenger boats and the small abras, or water taxis.
