-The deadline for booking requests for this tour or extra services will be 15 days prior to arrival in Vietnam for guaranteed departures and 30 days prior for non-guaranteed departures (private services). After this deadline, any new booking, change, or added service will incur an emergency handling fee. Requests for changes or additional services cannot be guaranteed after the booking deadline.

-Night Transfers (hotel/airport/hotel): Transfers for international flights arriving or departing between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur a surcharge.

-Delays in International Flights: In the event that arrival flights to the destination airports are delayed by more than 3 hours, a surcharge will be applied to cover the waiting time of the guide and vehicle. Payment is made directly at the destination.

-Free Time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible Route Changes: Our representative in Indochina reserves the right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure. The itinerary is subject to change depending on the flights chosen by the client, as well as weather conditions.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Regarding accommodations, please note that in Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia there are no official hotel ratings. The hotel categories offered in this program are for guidance only, comparing them to categories in Europe; they are not official ratings.

-Triple cabins: Triple cabins are not available on Halong Bay cruises. Clients who have opted for a triple cabin will have one double cabin and one single cabin during the cruise. And in hotels, triple rooms generally only have two beds. Breakfast included in hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, usually between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the guest will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bags have an additional cost. Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. The standard check-in time applies unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. There is also a check-out time on the day of departure, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Room availability outside of these hours will incur an extra charge. -Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

Day 3: LUANG PRABANG - HANOI

Today we will wake up at 5:30 a.m. to watch the lines of monks leaving the pagodas to ask locals for food and visit the morning market. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. Next, we will visit Wat Xieng Thong, the most important and significant monument in Laos, both for the spirit, religion, and history of its kings and for traditional art. There are more than twenty buildings in the complex, including shrines, pavilions, and residences. Its gardens also feature a wide variety of flowers, shrubs, and ornamental trees. We will continue our tour to Wat Sane, Wat Mai, then Wat Visoun, and we will also visit Ock Pop Tok, a local handicraft center, where you can learn about the different artisanal techniques of the region from local masters. The tour includes a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, founded in 1070 in honor of Confucius and considered the symbol of Hanoi. We continue to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, visiting its exterior from Ba Dinh Square. We will then proceed to the One Pillar Pagoda, built in 1049 on a single stone pillar by Emperor Ly Thai Tong, who reigned from 1028 to 1054. Continue by road to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, via the Hai Van Pass ("Ocean of Clouds" in Vietnamese) and the picturesque Lang Co Beach. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of the imperial city of Hue, the former capital of the country for over 140 years. We will discover its rich historical past and glorious monumental jewels scattered within its walls. Visit the Imperial Citadel, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993, which houses the mythical "Forbidden Purple City." The city was protected by a massive wall and a moat stretching 10 km, with walls 2 meters thick, and was the seat of power for the Nguyen Dynasty between 1802 and 1945. Afterward, we visit the tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, also known as the "Temple of Supreme Grace." Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to the most spectacular tomb in Hue, the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh. We tour the Stele Pavilion, the tomb hall, and the bronze statue of the emperor with its overwhelming and dazzling decoration. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an excursion to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an impressive network of underground tunnels stretching over 200 kilometers, which served as the base of operations for the Viet Cong guerrillas during the Vietnam War. Afterwards, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, a panoramic tour of Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, where we will first see the exterior of the historic Reunification Palace and the old Central Post Office with its impressive architecture. We will then stroll along Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, where the municipal buildings, the Ho Chi Minh statue, and the City Hall are located. In the afternoon, we will begin our visit to the Rolous Temple Complex: Preah Ko, Bakong Mountain Temple, and Lolei Temple, located in the middle of an ancient water reservoir or baray. This temple complex dates back to the late 9th century and is a splendid example of Khmer art. It represents the remains of Hariharalaya, the first capital of the great Angkor Empire during the Khmer era. The rest of the day is free. Overnight stay.

Departure by tuk-tuk (a type of motorized tricycle, a very typical vehicle in Cambodia) to the South Gate, from where you can admire its impressive statues representing the movement of the ocean, the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), the Bayon temple with its 54 decorated towers and nearly 200 enigmatic smiling faces of Avalokiteshvara, the Phimeanakas temple, the terraces of the Leper King and the Elephants, and the royal chambers. Next, visit Ta Prohm temple, one of the most spectacular in the area, which has remained almost unchanged since its discovery and still retains much of its mystery. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer by bus to visit the most famous of all the temples, Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The complex of this temple covers 81 hectares, comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. The iconic five towers are featured on the Cambodian flag. They represent the five peaks of Mount Meru, the surrounding walls are the mountains and valley, and the ocean is the backdrop. We admired this 12th-century masterpiece, considered by historians to be the first example of classical Khmer architecture and art, while enjoying its beautiful sunset—a perfect way to end the day. Return to the hotel and overnight stay. Day 13: SIEM REAP - BANTEAY SAMRE - BANTEAY SREI - SIEM REAP

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will attend a Buddhist ceremony with monks at a pagoda where we will learn more about Buddhism and how this religion influences Cambodian culture. We will end the ceremony with a prayer from the monks to bestow good fortune and blessings. Next, we visit the Hindu temple of Banteay Samre. This sacred place, dedicated to the god Shiva, is decorated with abundant reliefs of Hindu themes, narrating various scenes from the Ramayana. We continue our excursion to the grand temple of Banteay Srei (literally meaning "city of victory"), known today as the "Citadel of Women" because it is the only temple of the Khmer Empire that was not built for a monarch, but by and for women. Built according to Angkorian construction regulations, Banteay Srei is a beautiful and elegant temple on a small scale, a fairy palace in the heart of an endless forest. We admired this “jewel of Khmer art,” its pink sandstone facade, its sculptures, and precisely carved reliefs, and continued learning about the art of the ancient Khmer empire. Lunch at a restaurant. On the way back, we visited the D’Angkor artisans, a center that helps young Cambodians keep traditional crafts alive. Overnight stay.
