-List of hotels: Hotels will be confirmed 31 days before departure, based on those published in the program, and may vary depending on availability at the time of receiving the reservation request. If we cannot offer the hotels in the program, other hotels of a similar category to the one requested will be offered, the latter being specified in our confirmation. -Transfers: In cases where the client requests a change of hotel, transfers from one hotel to another are not included. Passengers with extra nights that have not been reserved through Luxotour lose their right to entry and/or exit transfers. Passengers with extra nights in hotels other than those specified in the program must make the hotel change at their own expense.

-Luggage compartments and optional services: the handling of a suitcase per passenger in all hotels. Baggage handling at airports is not included. The bag charge is CAD 5 per piece, per move. Luxotour is not responsible for any excursion or service that has not been contracted and paid for before the start of the trip.

-Waiting time at airports: the waiting time for Our guides, according to the flight information provided by the client, will take a maximum of an hour and a half. After this time, the passenger must use another means of transportation and no refund will apply.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.

-Triple and quadruple rooms: in Canada triple and quadruple rooms do not have three or four beds. , but two beds where clients must be accommodated.

-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call directly to the company to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: all hotels in Canada require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate the services. of telephone calls, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc...

Day 2: TORONTO - NIAGARA FALLS

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of this city, the largest in Canada and capital of the province of Ontario. The tour will take us through the financial center, the old and new City Hall, University Avenue with its most important hospitals and traditional institutions, the provincial Parliament, the University of Toronto, the distinguished Yorkville neighborhood, Chinatown and the CN Tower. Next, departure to the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, where there will be a brief stop to explore the main street. Arrival in the Niagara Falls area and ride on the Hornblower boat (included). Day 4: OTTAWA - QUEBEC

Breakfast and departure for a panoramic tour of the city passing in front of the Cathedral, the residence of the Prime Minister, the residence of the Governor-General who represents Queen Elizabeth II and the Rideau Canal. From June 24 to August 22 you can attend the changing of the guard on Parliament Hill. Outside of this period, we will visit the parliamentary hill on foot. After this panoramic tour, we will cross the Ottawa River to reach the Province of Quebec and continue towards the Laurentian Mountains, full of lakes and mountains that are a paradise for outdoor activities. Upon arrival, we will begin our panoramic tour of this vibrant city, passing by the Olympic Stadium, St. Laurent Street, the Golden Square Mile district where the renowned McGill University is located, and Mount Royal Park, home to Beaver Lake. We will stop at Lovers' Lookout. Breakfast and departure for an orientation tour of downtown Calgary. Day 10: P.N. BANFF – ICE FIELDS - P.N.JASPER

Breakfast. We'll start the day photographing Castle Mountain. We'll continue along the Glacier Highway, where we'll admire Crowfoot Glacier and Bow and Peyto Lakes (only from June to October). The highway will lead us into Jasper National Park. We'll travel to the Athabasca Glacier in the Columbia Icefield, the largest icefield (325 km²) south of the Arctic Circle, where we'll enjoy a ride on the Ice Explorer (included). Skirting Moose Lake, we'll bid farewell to Jasper to admire the majesty of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Leaving the high mountains behind, we'll visit the 70-meter-high Spahats Falls near Wells Gray Provincial Park. We'll continue our journey towards Kamloops, passing through a prairie landscape until we reach our accommodation, a ranch in the style of the Canadian West. Dinner is included at the ranch. Breakfast. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city. We will pass through the neighborhoods Yaletown, Chinatown (the largest in Canada), Gastown (the oldest neighborhood in the city) and Stanley Park, where we stopped to photograph some authentic indigenous totems. The visit ends in the city on Granville Island and from there we will provide you with transfer to the airport.
