Cancellations up to 51 days before arrival in New Zealand are free of charge. Cancellations within 50 days of arrival in New Zealand will incur a 100% penalty. Name change not permitted.


-MANAGEMENT FEES:

€30 per booking from the moment of confirmation.


-GROUND SERVICES:

*Up to 31 days before the start date of the trip: Free cancellation.

*Between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the trip: 25% penalty.

*Between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the trip: 50% penalty.

*Cancellations within 7 days of the start date of the trip will incur a 100% penalty.

-The deadline for requesting reservations for this circuit or extra services will be 50 days before the date of arrival in New Zealand. The request for changes or new services cannot be guaranteed after the reservation deadline and these will remain on request.

-Possible changes in the accommodations: if in any of the departures it was not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category.

-Times of entry and exit in the rooms: clients may make use of from their rooms from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the hotel and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

-triple rooms: keep in mind that, in most hotels, the third bed in a triple room can be slightly smaller than the existing beds in the room, sometimes being a roll-away bed.

-Breakfast: if clients are scheduled to leave the hotel before the restaurant opens, they will not be able to have breakfast and this service is non-refundable.

-Possible change of route : our representative in New Zealand has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure.

-Free time: during free time clients do not They do not have transportation, nor a local guide.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in New Zealand: it is the client's responsibility to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit from the country to the that you are traveling, as well as carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Day 4: AUCKLAND

Breakfast at the hotel. The day begins with a visit to the West Coast, specifically Muriwai Regional Park, whose main feature is its black sand beach. This beach is very popular with surfers. The excursion continues with a visit to the Auckland Museum, with its interesting collection of Māori and Polynesian art and artifacts. Afterward, we will visit Parnell, one of Auckland's oldest neighborhoods, where we will take a stroll. Next, we depart for Mission Bay and then head back to the city center to visit the Auckland Viaduct. The tour concludes with a visit to the Sky Tower, Auckland's 328-meter-tall tower. From there, you can admire a unique view of the city and its two harbors: Waitemata and Manukau. Return to the hotel and the rest of the day is free. Overnight stay.

Day 5: AUCKLAND - HOBBITON - ROTORUA

Breakfast included. Departure from Auckland towards the Waikato region, crossing the Bombay Hills and its fertile agricultural landscapes until reaching Matamata, home to the famous Hobbiton Movie Set, the setting for The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films. Upon arrival, we will take a guided tour of the spectacular Hobbiton Movie Set, located in the heart of the picturesque New Zealand countryside. During the tour, we will discover some of the Shire's most iconic locations, such as the characteristic hobbit houses, the Party Tree, and other sets that featured in the films. After the tour, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in the Party Marquee, decorated in true hobbit style, where we can experience the hospitality and festive atmosphere of the Shire. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Rotorua, where we will transfer to the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free to relax or enjoy the city on your own. Overnight stay.

Day 6: ROTORUA

Breakfast included. In the morning, we will visit the Waimangu Thermal Reserve, a vast valley with intense geothermal activity, where we can admire its stunning landscapes and learn about the effects of the 1886 eruption of Mount Tarawera. In the afternoon, we will visit Te Puia, a thermal reserve and Māori cultural center that houses the New Zealand National Institute of Arts and Crafts, as well as a prestigious woodcarving school. During the tour, we will observe various silica deposits, boiling mud pools, and the geysers that characterize this geothermal area. We will then be welcomed according to Māori tradition and attend a demonstration of their traditional dances and songs. Afterward, we will enjoy a traditional Māori dinner, where we can learn about their culture and traditions through their cuisine. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 8: CHRISTCHURCH - TWIZEL

Breakfast included. Today we begin our journey to Lake Tekapo, a beautiful alpine lake with crystal-clear turquoise waters, surrounded by majestic mountains, where we will have the opportunity to visit the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd. In the afternoon, our New Zealand hosts will welcome us into their home, where we will enjoy a pleasant afternoon tea and have the opportunity to taste the famous pavlova, one of New Zealand's most traditional desserts. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Twizel, crossing the spectacular Mackenzie Country region, characterized by its breathtaking landscapes of mountains, lakes, and vast plains. During the journey, we will be able to admire magnificent views of Mount Cook, New Zealand's highest peak at 3,724 meters, as well as the stunning glacial lakes with their characteristic turquoise waters. Day 9: TWIZEL - TE ANAU

Breakfast included. In the morning, depart from Twizel, crossing the southern tip of Mackenzie Country towards Otago. We will visit the famous Bungy Bridge, the birthplace of bungee jumping, an optional experience (jump not included). Next, we will visit a vineyard in the Central Otago region, where we will enjoy a tasting of locally produced wines accompanied by lunch. Afterward, we will continue our journey to Te Anau, the gateway to the spectacular Fiordland National Park. Upon arrival, we will take an excursion to the Te Anau Glowworm Caves (Watomo Caves). The tour begins with a boat trip across Lake Te Anau to the cave entrance. Once inside, we will discover a fascinating cavern system formed over thousands of years, with underground rivers, rock formations, and small waterfalls. The experience will culminate in a quiet section of the cave, where we can observe thousands of bioluminescent larvae that create a stunning effect of tiny lights in the darkness. At the end of the excursion, return by boat to Te Anau and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 10: TE ANAU - QUEENSTOWN

Breakfast included. Full-day excursion to Milford Sound, crossing the spectacular Fiordland National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once in Milford Sound, we will take a boat trip out to the Tasman Sea, admiring the breathtaking beauty of the fjord, the majestic Mitre Peak, and Bowen Falls. Lunch is included during the crossing. After the cruise, we will continue our journey to Queenstown by bus. Alternatively, it will be possible to return by light aircraft or helicopter, flying over the spectacular landscape of the park, with its impressive waterfalls, forests, rivers, and valleys, before arriving in Queenstown. This option must be booked locally as it is subject to weather conditions. Overnight stay.

Day 11: QUEENSTOWN

Breakfast included. Today we will take a half-day tour of the area surrounding Queenstown, including a visit to the traditional mining town of Arrowtown, known for its history and charm. Afterwards, we will return to Queenstown to ascend on the Skyline Gondola to the summit of Bob's Peak, where we can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the city, Lake Wakatipu, and the surrounding mountains. The tour will conclude with a transfer to a local restaurant for a delicious farewell lunch. After lunch, the rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore Queenstown at your own pace and enjoy this charming town. Return to the hotel on your own.

Breakfast included. Departure for the charming town of Wanaka, situated on the shores of its spectacular lake and surrounded by mountains. Upon arrival, we will visit a lavender farm, where we can stroll through its extensive fields and gardens, as well as meet the farm animals. We will also have the opportunity to sample herbal tea or their famous homemade lavender ice cream (additional cost). The rest of the day is free to enjoy Wanaka, take part in an optional activity, or stroll along the lake and through its cozy cafes and craft shops. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Breakfast included. In the morning, departure for the glacier region, crossing the spectacular Haast Pass and Mount Aspiring National Park. We will continue our journey to Franz Josef, visiting Lake Matheson en route, known for its tranquil waters and stunning views of the Southern Alps. Arrival in Franz Josef and transfer to the accommodation. Overnight stay.

Day 15: FRANZ JOSEF - PUNAKAIKI

Breakfast included. Free morning in Franz Josef, with the possibility of optional activities such as a valley hike to the glacier, a helicopter tour with an ice walk, or a scenic flight to admire the glaciers and landscapes of the region from the air (activities not included and subject to weather conditions). In the afternoon, departure for Punakaiki via Hokitika and Greymouth. Near Hokitika, we will take a walk through the rainforest, past the giant Rimu and Kamahi trees, enjoying the views of the forest, mountains, and the Tasman Sea (activity subject to weather conditions). Upon arrival in Punakaiki, we will visit the famous Pancake Rocks, rock formations eroded by the sea into their characteristic shape. This visit can also be done the following morning. Breakfast included. We will continue our journey to Kaikoura, traveling along the west coast and through the spectacular Lewis Pass. Breakfast included. Early this morning, we'll take a whale-watching boat trip, a unique opportunity to observe the region's marine wildlife (departure subject to weather conditions).
