-Land tour:

  *Up to 15 working days before the departure of the tour: Cancellation without charges.

  *Within 14 -10 working days before the departure of the tour: 25% of the total amount.

  *Between 09-04 working days before the departure of the tour: 50% of the total amount.

  *Within 03 working days before the departure of the tour: 75% of the total amount.

  *In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount. amount.

  *For tours that include domestic flights, after having a firm and confirmed reservation, an additional penalty of €80 net per leg and per person is applied.

-Hotel in Antalya:

  *The hotel will inform us of the special conditions once the reservation has been confirmed and these vary depending on occupancy.

-Ages 0-1.99: Free on the land tour, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €143 for each domestic flight. For international flights, please inquire.

-Ages 2-10.99: 25% discount on land services/tour, sharing a room with two adults. Domestic flights cost the adult price. For international flights, please inquire.

-Ages 11 and up: Pay the adult price.

-Guaranteed daily departures from 2 passengers.

-The order of the visits in the itinerary is indicative, it could be altered at any time but without affecting the content of the trip.

- Possible changes in accommodations: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category. For the stay on the beach, if any of the planned hotels is not available in a standard room at the time of requesting the reservation, it is possible that there will be a price change depending on availability in other types of rooms or in the rest of the hotel establishments in the area. area.

-Triple rooms: we can find rooms with a double bed + a folding bed, two single beds + a folding bed or two double beds, depending on availability in the moment of checking in at the hotel.

-Baggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call directly to the company to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Turkey, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. , please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Turkey: it is the responsibility of the client to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as bring the personal documents required by the authorities.
