-The order of visits may vary, but the trip content will always be maintained.

-The departure from Istanbul to Cappadocia must be on a Thursday or Sunday, depending on the season. This itinerary is based on arrivals in Istanbul on Tuesdays and Fridays (as applicable by season). The allocation of nights in Istanbul will be adjusted according to the travel date.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: many places, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The program is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group or in the hotels, they will be forced to leave the trip without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Therefore In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Turkey and the Maldives: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

-International flights: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Date changes are permitted only before ticket issuance. Name changes are not permitted.

-Domestic flights in Turkey: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Name change not permitted.

-Land services in Turkey:

*Up to 15 business days before tour departure: Free cancellation.

*Within 14-10 business days before tour departure: 25% of the total amount.

*Within 9-4 business days before tour departure: 50% of the total amount.

*Within 3 business days before tour departure: 75% of the total amount.

*From 2 days before to the day of tour departure: 100% of the amount.

-Hotels in Maldives:

Each hotel in the Maldives has its own cancellation policy. Please check in each case.

-From 0 to 4.99 years old: free on ground services in Turkey, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.

-From 5 to 10.99 years old: 50% discount on ground/circuit services in Turkey, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.

-In Turkey from 11 years old: they pay as an adult.

-In Maldives Each hotel has its own child policy. Consult in each case.
