-Flights: once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. Name change not allowed.

-Land services:

 *From the moment of confirmation, €20 per person.

 *Up to 21 business days prior to departure: Free cancellation.

 *Cancellations between 30 and 00 business days prior to departure will have a penalty of 25% of the amount total.

 *Cancellations between 21 and 8 business days prior to departure will have a penalty of 50% of the total amount.

 *Cancellations within 7 working days prior to the departure of the trip, will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount.

This program does not apply discounts for children.

-Guaranteed daily departures from 2 passengers.

-Free time: during free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in The Gambia has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.

-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned accommodations, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Earlier arrival at the hotel on first day of travel, does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional room nights are purchased to ensure immediate room access. In general, the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.

-The triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in The Gambia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in The Gambia: it is the responsibility of the client to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa regulations, transit, entry and health requirements vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
