• Transportation in a 4x4 vehicle during the safari with a guaranteed window seat (maximum occupancy of 7 passengers per vehicle, non-exclusive use), with a guaranteed Spanish-speaking driver-guide from 2 passengers. (If there is more than one vehicle, the guide will be shared among all of them and will move between them during the safari)

- MANAGEMENT FEES - From the moment the booking is made: €30 / booking.

- SAFARI:

Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of services will incur a charge of 15% of the total cost of services.

Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of services will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of services.

Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the start of services will incur a charge of the total cost of services.

- HOTELS IN THE MALDIVES:

Cancellation penalties vary depending on the chosen hotel.

Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

-If the client has contracted accommodation in Nairobi on his own, at the time of requesting the reservation, in addition to his full name, he must inform the hotel where he is staying through his travel agency and provide a telephone number contact to coordinate the time and place of departure on the day the safari begins.

-If the client has contracted the arrival and departure flights on their own, in the event that the flight arrives in Nairobi on the same day as the departure of the circuit, it cannot arrive after 07:30 hrs, if you arrive later, you will not be able to benefit from the transfer in regular service to Aberdare and you will have to pay for a private service to reach the National Park. Likewise, if the client has purchased a flight departing on the last day of the safari, the departure time of said flight will have to be after 3:00 p.m., otherwise they will have to pay for a private service from Maasai Mara to Nairobi airport.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers:

Classic Category: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays year-round

Superior Category: Wednesdays and Thursdays year-round + Mondays from June 1st to September 30th.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Kenya has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Triple rooms generally consist of only 2 Beds.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Kenya: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
