- SAFARI: 

 Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days before to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a charge of the total cost of the services.

- HOTELS IN ZANZIBAR: 

 The penalty for cancellation varies depending on the hotel chosen. Consult in each case.

Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

-If the client has booked their own accommodation in Nairobi, at the time of booking, in addition to their full name, they must inform their travel agency of the hotel where they are staying and provide a contact telephone number to coordinate the departure time and location on the day the safari begins.

-If the client has booked their own arrival and departure flights, and the flight arrives in Nairobi on the same day as the tour departure, it cannot arrive after 7:30 a.m. If it arrives later, the client will not be able to take advantage of the regular transfer service to Aberdare and will have to pay for a private transfer to the National Park. Similarly, if the client has booked a flight departing on the last day of the safari, the departure time of that flight must be after 3:00 p.m. Otherwise, they will have to pay for a private transfer from Maasai Mara to Nairobi airport.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, therefore There will be no refund or discount for services that clients choose not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct during the trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be required to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit card: Generally, hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Kenya and Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be informed about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Day 1: NAIROBI – ABERDARE MOUNTAINS

Arrival at Nairobi Airport (no later than 8:00 AM) and departure for Nyeri. Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club or the Treetops Lodge. Guests assigned to the Ark Lodge will travel in the afternoon by hotel vehicles to Aberdare National Park. Free afternoon to enjoy the views and observe the wildlife from the hotel's viewpoints. Dinner and overnight stay.

(Guests assigned to the Ark Lodge may only bring a small bag or backpack with essentials for this evening. The rest of their luggage will remain at the Aberdare Country Club and will be collected the following day.)

Day 2: ABERDARE MOUNTAINS – LAKE NAKURU

Breakfast and departure towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival just in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, a photo safari will take place in the area. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure to the Maasai Mara National Reserve along the Narok route. Arrival at the lodge at lunch time. In the afternoon, photographic safari in the plains of this Reserve. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4: MAASAI MARA

Full board at the lodge. This day there are two safaris, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, to continue enjoying the landscape and the animals that can be seen in the area. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savannah, located in southwestern Kenya and along the border with Tanzania. Animals such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos inhabit it. The landscape is made up of grassy plains and rolling hills, which are crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers.
