- SAFARI: 

 Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15 % of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of the services will be charged 50% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the start of the services will be charged the total cost of the services.

- HOTELS IN ZANZIBAR: 

  The penalty for cancellation varies according to the chosen hotel. Consult in each case.

Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

New: The Government of Zanzibar has implemented MANDATORY Travel Insurance for all foreign travelers visiting the “Spice Islands” of Zanzibar. This MANDATORY insurance must be purchased prior to travel and is only available from The Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC). IMPORTANT NOTE: According to the Government's statement, travelers arriving without a valid ZIC may be refused entry to Zanzibar at border control. Immigration.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers:

Classic Category: arriving in Nairobi Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays year-round

Superior Category: arriving in Nairobi Wednesdays and Thursdays year-round + Mondays from June 1st to September 30th.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Kenya has the full right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The rooms Triple rooms generally only consist of 2 beds.

-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before booking. Any additional expenses for assistance required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Withdrawal from the

Consumer: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients choose not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct during the trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be required to leave the tour without any discount or refund for services they cannot use.

-Credit card: Generally, hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to provide services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Kenya and Tanzania: It is the client's responsibility to be informed about the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard, including how to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
