- GROUND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the service date. beginning of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a charge of the total cost of the services.
Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

Classic Category: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays year-round
Superior Category: Tuesdays and Wednesdays year-round + Sundays from June 1st to September 30th.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Kenya has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms generally consist of only 2 Beds.
-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Kenya: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and vaccination regulations vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.
-If the client has booked accommodation in Nairobi on their own, at the time of requesting the reservation, in addition to their full name, they must inform through their travel agency of the hotel where they are staying and provide a telephone number contact to coordinate the departure time on the day the safari begins.
-If the client has contracted the arrival and departure flights on their own, in the event that the flight arrives in Nairobi on the same day following departure, you cannot arrive after 07:30 hrs. If you arrive later, you will not be able to benefit from the regular service transfer to Aberdare and will have to pay for a private service to reach the National Park. Likewise, if the client has purchased a flight departing on the last day of the safari, the departure time of said flight will have to be after 3:00 p.m., otherwise they will have to pay for a private service from the Reservation. Day 2: NAIROBI – ABERDARE MOUNTAINS
Breakfast and departure for Nyeri. Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club or Treetops Lodge. Guests assigned to the Ark Lodge will travel in the afternoon by hotel vehicles to Aberdare National Park. Free afternoon to enjoy the views and observe the wildlife from the hotel's viewpoints. Dinner and overnight stay.
(Guests assigned to the Ark Lodge may only take a small bag or backpack with essentials tonight. The rest of their luggage will remain at the Aberdare Country Club and will be collected the following day.)

Day 3: ABERDARE MOUNTAINS – LAKE NAKURU
Breakfast and departure towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival just in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, a photo safari will take place in the area. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA
Breakfast and departure for the Maasai Mara National Reserve via the Narok route. Arrival and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, a game drive on the plains of this reserve. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: MAASAI MARA
Full board at the lodge. Today, two game drives are offered, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, allowing you to continue enjoying the scenery and the wildlife that roams the area. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savanna located in southwestern Kenya along the border with Tanzania. It is home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos. The landscape consists of grassy plains and rolling hills, crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area surrounding the Reserve is dotted with Maasai villages (enkangs). Overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure for Nairobi, arriving at midday. Free time until your transfer to the airport.
