What to see in Boumalne Dades?
Todra Gorge
Near Tinerhir, a city in the High Atlas, at the end of a lush valley lined with palm trees and villages made up of mud huts, surrounded by a fence of arid and steep mountains, lies one of the Moroccan natural wonders, the Todra Gorge. Its height is close to 300 meters and at its narrowest point the width is only 10 meters.Although the main gorge can be explored in a few hours, it is recommended that visitors with more time they go back in the direction of Tinerhir. Along this route there are numerous kasbahs, whose inhabitants are very welcoming.
Dades Valley
It is a valley approximately 150 kilometers long that follows the course of the Dades River, where several kasbahs, an immense palm grove, fruit and vegetable crops, and Berber villages can be seen along its entire length and from its scenic viewpoints.
