-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, arriving in Johannesburg on Mondays.

-Breakfast included at hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Outside of the hotel's established hours, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bag services are available at an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available from 2:00 p.m. On the other hand, the use of hotel rooms on the day of departure is only permitted until 10:00 AM. Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide. Possible route changes: Our representative in South Africa has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure. In this program, which includes road transfers to the Kruger Park area, visits en route are subject to weather conditions and travel time. Depending on these factors, some of the planned stops may not be possible, especially during June, July, and August when it gets dark earlier, and entry to the park area is not permitted after 5:00 PM. If traveling with children under 6 years old, the photo safari in Kruger Park must be done as a private service. Please inquire about the supplement.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Persons with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in South Africa, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for South Africa: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, vaccination, and health requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

- MANAGEMENT FEES - From the moment the booking is made €30 / booking

- FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the moment the airline tickets are issued. Date and name changes not permitted.

- LAND SERVICES:  

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 25% of the total service cost.

Cancellations received between 29 and 16 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 50% of the total service cost.

Cancellations received between 15 and 8 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 75% of the total service cost.

Cancellations received within 7 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 100% of the total service cost.

-The prices published for children are valid for those over 7 and under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old they pay as an adult.

-In the case of traveling with children under 7 years old, the photographic safari in the Kruger Park will have to be done in private service. See supplement.
