San Antonio de los Cobres, located at over 3,700 meters above sea level in the Puna region of Salta province, is a prominent Andean town known for being the main stop on the Train to the Clouds route. It is a high-altitude tourism destination, famous for its arid landscapes, Puna culture, handcrafted textiles, and the Polvorilla Viaduct.
